Summary:
Our humble home sits at a great location 10 minutes from Downtown Savannah and 10 Minutes from Tybee Island. Newly renovated floor to ceiling inside this ranch house boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large kitchen and dining room along with a great seating area and Smart TV in the Living room. It has a large fenced in back yard covered by a large tree to protect you from the hot summer days. We are convenient to great restaurants, local shopping, intercoastal waters, and many attractions.
The Space:
This is a roomy, freshly renovated home with one floor living. Close to nearly everything there is to do between Savannah and Tybee within 10-15 minutes. A great location in a mature neighborhood.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. A code will be provided to you before arrival to access the key pad lock on the home located by the car port off the driveway. Thank you!
The Neighborhood:
We have a great local coffee shop called Friendship coffee as well as Pizza shops, Seafood restaurants, local grocery stores and many other places within minutes from our front door.
Getting Around:
Uber, Rental Cars, Rental Bikes are close by to access if needed while you are with us.
