It has newly installed laminated flooring throughout, 3 nice size bedrooms, two with work desks/ chairs, and air conditioner in all three bedrooms. A bathroom with fully enclosed toilet separate from shower room for convenience and privacy, and a large, open yet fully screened in lanai that served as a kitchen/ living area that provides a great space to relax and hang out. It has a porch on each side as a bonus space. It's equipped with both a mini and a new slightly larger size refrigerators, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, rice cooker, a new hot 2 burner conduction hot plate, utensils, a new set of cookware, and silverware. A new set of washer/ dryer on the property are available for guests use. Ample parking almost at the front door.

Nice place with lots of room for 4 adults. Spacious parking. Easy to find and get to from all areas. Close to shopping and restaurants!! Listings said laundary onsite. But didn’t list it was pay laundary. That was disappointing.

Hilo holiday
While the property was quite spacious there were some issues around:
1. use of laundry
2 remotes for tvs didnt work
3. There were NO knives other than huge carving knives and very small butter knives. Normal size table knives were absent.
4. There was no toaster or kettle for boiling water.
5 Diana was away which is ok but there was no one we could talk to about any of the concerns and only that we complained by email were we then able to access the laundry eventhough the apartment advert was clear that it would be available.
5. Diana's manner towards us was at times rude and often unhelpful. When we asked about the tv remotes her response was that she didn't know how they worked!

Wouldn’t stay here again
While the place was very clean, the beds were uncomfortable, people were loading their truck under my bedroom window at 5:45am, there’s no place to sit that’s comfortable or practical. This is not a good vacation home.

What makes this property unique
Conveniently located within easy access to Hilo town amenities, and within walking distance to Hilo Kuhio Mall, KTA grocery store, some restaurants, and a small farmer's market right around the corner. And barely 3 miles from Hilo Airport.
