Outside, enjoy the lake via our home's private access. Perfect for couples and families with kids. This cabin's outdoor space has a seating area near pond with string lights.

Our Home is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 500ft to the lake, it's so nice to be so close!

The fully equipped kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Kitchen appliances include a toaster oven, slow cooker, blender, and coffee maker.
Wine and dine amongst the lush forest of trees. A fire pit beckons you over to roast s'mores.

The master bedroom features a King-size bed, and has an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is prepared with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
The first, second and third bedrooms hold Queen-size beds. Guest bathrooms are prepared with a walk-in shower.

Bass Master Classic Stay

The house was very clean and easy to find. It was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of room for large families. We fished in the pond and lake and caught several fish. We would stay here again.

Perfect place for a family gathering.

The house had everything. We enjoyed the outside as much as the inside time together. We are a fireside loving family and loved sitting out by the camp fire. Loved taking hikes out on the property and down the country roads. Highly recommend it for your family gatherings.

Great place makes you feel like you are at home with all the privacy needed. We got to see some precious deers. Beautiful decor and all amenities that you need are there. Clean and spacious. Best of all the host replies promptly with clear instructions.

Perfect Get-away with Family

If you're nostalgic about trains and love the outdoors next to a lake well-stacked with fish, you'll be in heaven on earth at this 4-bedroom comfortable ranch style farmhouse. We would have appreciated if we hadn't had to go to the store for extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags. Otherwise it was a wonderful time. The Indian paint brush wildflowers were lovely, but you should plant some bluebonnets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as the photos appear. Very clean, and the kitchen was stocked extremely well. We actually had our Thanksgiving meal as a family at this location and it worked out perfectly! Kathi, the host, is extremely accommodating and very quick to respond when any question is asked. I would highly recommend this property!

Secluded

This property is just off the beaten path yet sits far off the road. You truly feel like you are away from it all. Close enough to plenty of amenities and a short walk to the lake. Short as in under a minute down a well maintained pathway from the home. We saw plenty of wildlife on the property and enjoyed our stay. 30 minutes you are in Denton under an hour to Dallas.

Farmhouse with choo choo

This house is clean and updated with nice decorations. Outside, wildflowers blooming and a forested path to the lake were very pretty. We saw some bunnies and a buck. At the end of the path to the lake, there is a small area where one (or maybe two) people can step down and fish. For fishing on the little pond, use a small hook and some cheese and you can catch perch. We communicated issues we had during the stay to our host who resolved them. We appreciated her attentiveness. The trains passing (we are guessing about 500 feet from the house?) provided some fun during the day and one even blew the horn when we waved and signaled for the conductor to do so. (Choo Choo!). During the evening, we would suggest earplugs for those staying in the bedrooms nearest the trains. We grilled on the grill and made s'mores at the firepit.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!

We stayed here for my daughters wedding as the venue was close for us to stay for the weekend. This property and all the modern touches sets the property apart from all others. It was TRULY an AMAZING property and the host (Kathi) is soooo attentive and responsive and I am truly blown away at what a wonderful stay was for us during a wonderful but stressful time. Thanks so much Kathi for letting us rent your home and I cannot say enough good words about it.

Perfect getaway!

Lovely home with everything you might need! Very clean and comfortable! Quick walk to the lake where we were able to moor our bass boat after launching from boat dock in Pilot Point. Beautiful property surrounding the home!

Great way to visit with our baby granddaughter, son and daughter-in-law

The house was wonderful with plenty of light and lots of places to sit and enjoy your family. We came up with the intention of visiting with our son and his wife and new daughter and it was an absolutely amazing experience and perfect way to do it. Plenty of space to move around the kitchen with a great grocery store pretty close near by. I really cannot say enough about this farmhouse. We did not get to do a whole lot outside but when we come back to visit our granddaughter again we sure will. We were also very touched by the personalized welcome they left for us which made us feel a little extra special.
