Affordable Fun in the Sun - in the Heart of Destin

What more could you want for an ideal vacation? World famous white sand beaches, beautiful emerald water, comfortable and cozy accommodations, shopping, world class restaurants, and more! You get all of this and more when you stay in our 'Slice of Heaven.' Just park at your door and head into your comfortably appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse. Avoid all those high-rise headaches, no roads to cross, no elevators, no lobbies, no waiting - you are on your own time because Southbay is a community of privately owned townhomes. Our 'home away from home' has 1300 square feet and comes fully furnished with all the comforts you could wish for. Some of the amenities include central air conditioning, 1080p cable TV in living room and TVs in ALL bedrooms, Blu ray/DVD, Stereo system, internet access and a full size washer and dryer in the home. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and more. A plush king size bed, private master bath and walk in closet awaits you in the master bedroom. The townhome sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Bedroom two features a queen sized memory foam mattress that feels like your sleeping on a cloud. The third bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of closet space.
On the grounds of Southbay all guests can enjoy swimming in one of the 2 adult pools (1 heated) or 2 kiddie pools. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a fresh water 5 acre lake that you can fish in. Destin's emerald coast white sand beaches are a very short walk away from your front door through the lush Southbay grounds - No roads to cross. And our own special free bonus - complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach! (includes two beach chairs and 1 umbrella) Our townhome is located in the heart of Destin near all the after beach attractions you could want. Dozens of restaurants are nearby to satisfy all discerning appetites. Attractions just minutes away include, Harbor Walk, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahuna Water Park, Destin Commons, Regatta Bay Golf Club, and Baytowne Wharf. It's all here waiting for you to enjoy. Very nice Property

We were very happy. The town house was very clean. VRBO sent us the wrong code we called the host he answered immediately and gave us the right code. You are in the heart of Destin walking distance to tons of stuff to do and restaurants. The Beach was amazing. We will definitely be back

The condo was clean and well stocked. The furniture was a bit worn out. The coffee maker didn’t work. The walk to the beach is significant. The beach service was excellent. The condo is very conveniently located in Destin near all the best restaurants. We had a great time.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Cozy, clean, family-friendly condo with all the amenities of home. Plenty of room for family of six. Short, private access to the beach with provided beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect for a beach getaway and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at the condo was AMAZING! It had everything we would need plus some. The location was GREAT as things to do and eat were close in proximity. The beach was a short walk and feeding the turtles in the lake was the icing on the cake. We will def be back!

Family vacation

Right in the middle of Destin made the stay good. Everything close by to drive and quite a few places within walking distance. The walk to the beach was pleasant as there was a bridge that was over water and turtles and ducks to look at and feed. Great view. One thing that did bother me was my grandson was swimming in the kiddie pool at the place we stayed at and 3 young boys came from the big pool over to the kiddie pool and peed in it and got out. My husband did say something to them because there were no parents with them!

The townhouse was spotless, the property and pools are kept in pristine condition.

We love staying at this townhouse. It is close to everything we wanted to do and the price was affordable, especially if you split it with others. The property is in pristine condition and the townhouse itself was spotless upon our arrival. The location is heaven on earth since it's the nicest beach I have ever been on. Overall A+ for the money

Great beach vacation

Five stars overall, really enjoyed our stay. Listing was accurate, pool and beach access were great. Good overall location, beds were comfortable. Only minor complain was paper goods were not stocked for a family, so we ended up buying things I would consider included in stay, such as trash bags. (Only two bags for kitchen) would definitely consider staying again at this location. Thank you

We had a great stay!

It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was right in front of the condo!! There was a BBQ grill and a full kitchen so we were able to cook most meals! It’s very close to great restaurants and a grocery store just across the street!

We had a great time. Everything was as described and was prepared for our check-in. We were within walking distance of the beach, two pools, restaurants and stores. The condo was clean and in good condition. The atmosphere was family friendly and everyone we met was friendly and helpful.

Accuracy of description of the property was great. The walk to the beach was actually pleasant;) Had a great stay with our young family. Little outdated but not bad at all. We were there for the beach!

Destin townhouse

The townhouse was very well equipped. The walk to the beach was much farther than I expected. We did drive down to the next entrance to get closer and not have to walk but the traffic getting there and back was extremely heavy. The garbage disposal never worked and I reported it a day after we arrived. We did walk to the stores right by the townhome and ate at the Pancakery and at The Lone Wolf Pizza. Both very good. Never made it back to the candy store. The beach was beautiful as usual in Destin. Weather perfect every day. I would stay in these townhomes again but would choose one with ocean view.

Fun in the Sun

The condo was everything that was expected and more. The location is great. The condo was in top shape. We really enjoyed the private beach and umbrella and chairs. The ocean was beautiful. We met many others staying in the complex and everyone was friendly. The boys fished and caught several fish. We will stay again!!! Thanks for making our vacation rememberable for all the right reasons!
