Melchizedek is an old world themed tiny with every convenience built in. Aptly named after the righteous king in the classic biblical story of ancient times; this unit is an epic hybrid- the luxury suite of tiny homes! The attached shipping container behind includes King and Queen secret chambers. Kitchen appliances, a full bathroom (walk in shower), cozy loft, amazing views, washer/ dryer combo, TV, Wifi, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, BBQ grill and all the outdoor amenities to go along with it!
The unit has two private bedrooms with one King and one Queen sized bed. The upstairs loft includes a full size bed as well, and skylight windows to stargaze at night. We like to keep the property as natural as possible, so we invite you to enjoy the tiny house and outdoor areas, but keep to the roads as much as possible when walking or driving.
Also, please clean up any trash so as to maintain the natural beauty.
Note
If you’d like to film or do a commercial photo shoot it requires an additional fees and prior written consent.
We also have chickens on the property. We love it when guests save their food scraps (minus the egg shells) to feed the livestock. You can leave you scraps in a baggie inside the fridge before checkout or feed the animals yourself when you visit. Our chickens are getting older, so they don't lay as often, but you're welcome to check if there are any eggs. The hens like to lay inside at the right hand corner of the pop out. The rooftop/ pop-out opens for easy access. Enjoy!
We will be available most of the time. If we are not on site, we are easily reached by phone, text, or email. We love to socialize and will often be there for check in. Please feel free to talk to us as much or as little as you like, and ask any questions you may have!
Zions Tiny Oasis and the surrounding areas have breathtaking 360 views, and are quite secluded from the tourism and hustle and bustle of Springdale and the park. We do have 3 other tiny homes on the property which sit at two hundred - eight hundred feet away from each other. We also have a small neighborhood nearby, their homes are out of view , and down the hill/across the street. The oasis borders the west side of Zion Park; with many great hiking and biking trails nearby. As far as services, there is the Fort Zion gift shop and restaurant just 5 minutes away, and of course, the Park is only 15 minutes from the oasis. Springdale features many wonderful restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. The best way to get around is definitely by car. There is no public transportation out our way, but everything is relatively close by car.
