THE SPACE

- Well stocked gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and wine fridge.
- Granite & stone countertops with an open layout to the dining & living room make this home the perfect activity hub for the whole family.
- Purified water drinking system, filter is changed periodically as per manufacture's recommendation.
- The living room sofa is also a pull-out queen bed which can sleep two additional guests. Additional pillows, sheets and blanket are in the closet.
- Drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee, coffee mate and sugar, general cooking supplies such as cooking oil and condiments.
- Complimentary WIFI and cable TV.
- In-suite Washer and Dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, as well as iron and ironing board.
- One booster high chair and one Pack N Play with mattress, please bring your own sheets/bedding for your baby.

- One free parking spot in the heated underground parkade with entrance clearance (7'6" or 2.3m).
- Large storage locker in the underground parking to store skis, boards, snowshoes, bikes, etc.
GUEST ACCESS
Keypad self check-in. Code for unit door and garage door will be provided 3 days before arrival, along with check-in/check-out instructions. Please make sure your email address on file is up to date.
Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
★ Please keep your email on VRBO file up to date as check-in instructions will be sent to your VRBO inbox and email. A confirmation email will be sent to you within hours after booking, if you don't receive anything please double check your email address on VRBO file.
★ Please note: The Solara Resort occasionally need maintenance and can result in an inconvenience such as,
• Maintenance to elevators, pool, hot tub, underground parking and gym.
• Often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.

★ Bear Spray: We do not provide bear spray in our unit.
★ No pets (including hypoallergenic breeds)
HOUSE RULES
★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
★ Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring.
★ Avoid using white towels for makeup or hair dye—you’re welcome to bring your own wipes or dark towels if needed.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be store in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.
★ Do not use any fire hazards that may cause a fire alarm or serious damages.
★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.
★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
★ Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.
★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.
★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
