Upon arrival to diamond beach only 1 out of 2 elevators at the place were working. During check in which took some time of showing not only the confirmation number but also having to prove which dates then filling out additional paperwork. They gave us a piece of paper saying loose roof tiles so avoid/ limit the use of your balcony! The pool was closed even though there was nothing wrong with it and got cleaned every morning. The slide as advertised in the lazy river is not there. The swim up bar is not there either. The Sand volleyball Was closed, the hot tub at the lazy river was broke. Construction tape with fencing and posts along the lazy river. The Cabanas and covered cooking area were not available. The arcade room only had a few games working. The wine and dine was closed along with the lounge/bar. While hurricane beryl happened 3 weeks ago there was no communication about all of the issues with the amenities at this place that were being paid for. The condo itself was nice but to pay top dollar to enjoy the amenities that weren’t available to enjoy and no discount or offer to reschedule is ridiculous and false advertising. Several unhappy guests.
