Mansion in the mountains

We were a small family, so the a couple of bedrooms went unused. It was gigantic for us and we loved it! It’s a beautiful chalet with everything a family could use for a wonderful time.

Friends get away

Check in was extremely easy. Home was exceptionally clean and had all supplies needed to make outmr stay comfortable. Bed downstairs needs new slats but besides that we were very happy with this rental

Tennessee Family Vacation

Great place to stay, clean, spacious, lots to do at the cabin. The kids loved the game room, media room and firepit. Would definitely go back. Close to all the attractions!

Family time with the new baby

We stayed in the cabin for an amazing week during peak fall time. The view from the cabin porch is amazing overlooking the nearby mountains. I was able to take my dogs for long walks through the wooded area of the property. There is adequate space for everybody and plenty of room to hide from everybody also. Nearby to the alpine coasters and mini-golf, food and activities were just always 15 minutes or less away.

Beautiful Home

Gorgeous home and high end furnishings! The kitchen was stocked very well. The play area was a big hit for my grandson. It was a warm week but we did use the gas fireplace for s’mores, Nice to not have to bring wood. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but it was promptly fixed the same day. The game room was a huge hit for us all, we loved it!! My only suggestion would be new sheets for the beds. The corners would not stay put. The beds are a bit soft for my liking but I did sleep well. Thanks for a great week, we really Enjoyed this beautiful home!!

Fantastic Mountain Home

This cabin/home and all the furnishings were way above our expectations. The property photos are excellent but you have to visit to see all the high end touches that make this home a great place for a mountain vacation. Our family was there to celebrate birthdays, Fall school break and introduce our littles to Dollywood. The proximity to the theme park and grocery stores was perfect. We will definitely go back because we didn't have nearly enough days to just hang at the house and enjoy the game room, theater room, hot tub and fire pit. The kids playground equipment was a wonderful added extra. We highly recommend renting this property and working with the Cloud9 Team. All questions were promptly answered and check in/out was very easy.

Felt right at home!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We felt comfortable the moment we entered the home. A few snags (TV and Oven) were addressed immediately, and we never felt like we were a bother. In fact, it was even expressed that they wanted us to have no worries and enjoy our stay...so we felt very important to them. The hot tub was wonderful as well! The driveway wasn't bad at all, we had no problems with it. There was plenty of parking and room to turn around. We enjoyed the game room and theatre room so much!! We even had a small family pool tournament. Lots of fun! Thank you again and we will look at Cloud 9 Cabins again for our next trip to The Smokies!

Amazing In All Ways

Everything was fantastic about this place. From early communication in booking to check in to cleanliness of the unit and most importantly the unit itself. This group cares so much about hospitality and comfort of their guests. Location is ideal or someplace it takes 30 minutes just to get off the mountain with hairpin turns this is a convenient location to pigeon Forge not too far from Gatlinburg. This house has everything and more. Had one little issue with a phone call the property manager could not have been more attentive, kind and considerate. Happened to meet the cleaning crew as we were checking out and they were on it in every way. I loved this place it has everything and more. There is a reason why they have so many 5 star reviews. Look no further, book it now before someone else does.

Family Gathering at Private Luxury Lodge on 9 Acres

Four siblings, our spouses, and one adult child gathered at this lodge for a summer vacation. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! This home was exceptionally clean with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, game room, and hot tub. The property is private with no nearby neighbors, allowing for a quiet, cozy environment. It is convenient to local attractions, which we also enjoyed. We would definitely choose this property again should we make another visit.

Family Time in the Smokies

This rental was top notch! The beds, pillows, and linens were all designer and very comfortable. The well stocked kitchen was chef grade with a terrific layout. The location was perfect-far enough away from town but less than 10 minutes from the action. Beautiful views and terrific layout. A true gem in the Smokies!

Wedding weekend

The property exceeded my expectations. It was great for the little ones to play and get their energy out. We loved the fire pit area to sit by at night. Kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed. Definitely book again if we are back in the area.

Relaxing retreat

It is a beautiful place. It was so big. There was a bathroom everywhere.The movie room doesn't have a dvd player, so you would need to use your subscription that you have to watch movies. The wifi is so good which was cool for my kids & their games. There was enough kitchen & bathroom supplies. Everyone was happy & relaxed. I wished we had a whole week there. The rode is steep but at the top it is concreated so it makes it easier. I definantly would stay there again.

Loge Peak was the main attraction for fun family memories!

We had a great time at Loge Peak with family. There were activities that suited all ages. The lodge amenities were the main attraction for this trip. There was plenty to do with a hot tub, Jacuzzi tub, fire pit, playground, game room with arcade console, pool table, theater room, shuffleboard, and air hockey. There were plenty of seating areas to sit and chill, and a spacious kitchen to prepare meals. We didn’t feel the need to go out to eat. We enjoyed being close to shopping and other entertainment options. We played a round of Mermaid mini golf and visited a souvenir shop in the tourist area.

Better than expected

We chose the cloud nine cabin in Sevierville based on the description and pictures. What we did not expect was how amazing the cabin was in person. Everything exceeded our expectations from the immaculate cleanliness to the details throughout the cabin. No expenses were spared in creating this amazing getaway cabin. Another great time !!!

It was our second time staying at the cabin. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Everything was perfect ! Room for everyone, easy access to trails, rafting, treetop adventure park, Pigeon forge etc. Clean, well stocked, beautifully de decorated. Love that place! Awesome communication with the property management. We will come back!

A time to heal

Beautiful home, great location. Our family of 8 adults and a baby fit perfectly. Loved the large open living area, kitchen, and game room on the same floor. Beds were so comfy! Our favorite time was hanging by the large gas firepit. Perfect stay for our long weekend getaway with family!

Pigeon Forge family vacation

Our family wanted to take a vacation to Tennessee and my sister having been to Pigeon Forge before suggested we go back there, especially to do some snow tubing since my nephews had never seen snow. Upon coming up to the cabin we were met by a friendly gentleman who provided us with a sponge and dishwashing soap, which was so thoughtful. Entering the cabin we were all just in awe of how beautiful it was and ALL of the amenities and features that the cabin included. On top of the property being amazing the location was perfect. We felt like it was in the center of a lot of the local attractions without actually being in a super busy area. It seemed like everything was just around the corner. We definitely will be coming back and talked about making this our yearly vacation rental because of how wonderful everything was about the cabin! If you’re looking for a great cabin to stay I highly recommend!

Dec. 2023 trip

This house was perfect for our family of 10. I can’t think of anything I would change or suggest. It is nicely decorated with no cheap or broken furniture. The kitchen was fabulous with a huge refrigerator, 2 dishwashers and large gas range. There was a washer and dryer on both levels and two gas fireplaces inside. The outside gas fire pit was fabulous and the hot tub was sparkling clean. It was honestly the best vacation cabin we have ever rented. Check-in was easy and convenient. The kids loved the theater room and game room. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!
