The northeast-facing balcony with stunning views of the seaside resort attracts guests already for breakfast in the open. The two bright bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The spacious and modern bathroom has a walk-in real glass shower and a vanity and toilet. The utility room has a washing machine and a washer-dryer. The apartment has a parking space in the underground car park.

Newly built in 2017, Haus Maxim is centrally located on Bülowstraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. In the direction Lindenstraße opens up from the hillside the panorama of the Baltic Sea resort. After about 500m you reach the charming promenade, the longest pier in Germany and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafes, various shopping and entertainment venues and all the amenities of a beautiful resort can be found within a few minutes walk.
