Welcome to Gecko Getaway

Gecko Getaway, Kingfisher Cove unit #17, is located in this wonderful community of 29 luxurious cedar log cabins. Nestled in the woods surrounding no-wake Goshorn Lake. The “up north” feeling cottages are only two minutes from downtown Saugatuck. A crafted floor plan that features three bedrooms (including a fabulous master suite), two full baths, an all wood interior, a great room with a towering stone fireplace, a cozy loft that acts as a sitting room and TV area, an open kitchen and a dining area with a view. Huge screened-in porch in back with a full size hot tub or sit on the front porch that overlooks the pool. Lots of outdoor and indoor things to do

Gecko Getaway is a stand alone cabin in the King Fisher Cove association. If you are a larger group looking for a few homes in the same complex, look no further! We manage two other cabins in this complex, Our Get Aweigh (3 cabins away) and Big Bear Cabin (next door) , The three cabins are intended to be rented separately, with separate entrances and private areas, but could easily be rented together for multiple families or couples to enjoy. Thanksgiving Getaway

My family had a great time on our state. Most importantly my mother enjoyed it the most. The cabin was spacious, they had board games and a gaming console as well. That was definitely a winner. The stay was truly wonderful and peaceful.

Such a cute place!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. This cabin is so cozy and just adorable. We loved the location, the firepit, and the hot tub. There was plenty of space as well. I can't wait to come back again with my kids.

Relaxing family weekend

Out cabin was perfectly appointed and our group of 8 enjoyed the pool, lake and paddles boards tremendously. The cabin is situated near so many great beaches, hikes and attractions. We loved every moment!

Loved it!

We loved this property. The house is across the way from the pool. It was nice that the kids could run back and forth if needed. The rental was clean and had a lot of extras. Shampoo and conditioners were in the tubs, firewood provided, and kayak and paddle boards were supplied. My kids loved taking the kayaks and paddle boards to the lake that was a very quick walk down the boardwalk to the little lake. Don't worry, there was a healthy supply of life jackets too! The kids and I really enjoyed staying here. Between the pool, beach, hot tub and little lake we spent day after day in our swimsuits enjoying the best of summer.

First trip to Michigan

Our first trip to Michigan did mot disappoint. We loved our stay at Gecko Getaway. The owners thought of everything we might need and more. The cabin was beautiful. Tucked in a wooded neighborhood with Lake Goshorn steps away. We loved the provided kayaks and paddleboards. Many activities a short drive away as well as a grocery store. We will definitely be back.

We adored this place

It was the perfect size for our family. Having the hot tub in the screened in porch was so much fun for our kids. Also we had a really clean family friendly pool right outside our cabin! We absolutely loved this place
