About this property

Brian Head, Utah Getaway - We are experienced hosts!

Get Away from the Vegas & L.A. smog and into the sweet, clean, alpine air of gorgeous Brian Head, Utah! 10,000 feet elevation.

2024-25 RENOVATED! New paint & flooring, bathroom vanities, ENTIRE kitchen and all appliances brand new!

Nestled in Aspen groves a few hundred yards North of the Giant Steps Lodge is a beautifully remodeled, spacious, loft style condo. Your vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen, fluffy towels, inviting beds and a crackling fireplace.

Your retreat is within walking distance of the Giant Steps ski slopes, and is perfect for a ski retreat with friends, family, or an intimate get-away with that special someone!

We love our place in Brian Head because of the great location- we are in the center of town, but surrounded by forest which makes for a serene & relaxing vacation spot. The dry underground parking makes it SO convenient for those blustery winter days (or stormy summer evenings) which happen frequently at 10,000 feet! The layout of our place (downstairs master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and loft upstairs, 2 full baths) is perfect for providing couples with privacy, and gives parents a quiet place to escape the kids. Since this is our 2nd home and not just a rental/investment property, we've spared no expense to make it as comfortable, inviting and beautiful as possible. And because it is our home, when you rent with us, we will be available 24/7 to make your stay perfect!

Have special requests? Want the fridge, pantry and wine rack stocked before you arrive? Just ask! We will do whatever we can to ensure you can make the most of your vacation in Brian Head! We can provide the personal service you can't expect and won't get from other 'professionally managed' rental properties. It's our home!

Perfect for ski weekend

Cute condo that had what we needed for our stay. Close to the slopes and easy to get to. Parking is tight for large vehicles so we parked one of our cars outside. I would stay here again. Hosts were great to work with them.

Fall Break at Ski Condo

The condo was nice and well laid out for the size. My wife and I took our 4 daughters to Brian Head for Fall Break. The location was great, right in the middle of many beautiful hikes and outdoor adventures. It looks like a great place to stay when ski season hits, as it is right in the middle of all the lifts. The beds were comfortable and the condo functioned well. The indoor parking was nice as well. There is no cable or satellite TV. Fortunately we had our dish anywhere app and connected to the Roku so we could watch shows in the evenings. We had a great time!

Cozy and welcoming - a great place to stay

We stayed here for a family ski trip (with 3 kids). The layout is perfect (Master BR/Bath Downstairs, and a Bedroom, Loft Room & Bathroom upstairs). The condo is well taken care of, cozy & welcoming. We couldn't ask for more - and the owner, Andy, was so helpful with weather & road updates in the days before our arrival. We hope to return!

It was fine for the money but...

It really had no place for any of our winter gear, boots, coats, hats to go because all the the owners stuff was i every stroage space! Not any room to store anything really when your there for a more than 2 days you really need that! Also the kitchen countertops were so uneven because of the mosaic tile the glasses kept falling over if you were really careful! Other than that it had all we needed except space! The bathrooms were not super clean someone forgot to clean the floors. Good for a few days but not for more than that if you have 6 people with snow gear!

Great location and facility

Love the location and indoor garage. Love the layout and setup. The upstairs bedroom mattress is firm which I love it. The downstairs bedroom mattress is a little bit soft. Hot water is very fast. There is also a public laundry room where you can wash your cloth and storage area for your ski equipment. Will visit again.

Winter Vacation

The apartment is bright and sunny and located right between Giant Steps and Navajo ski lifts. We also enjoyed cross country skiing and snowshoeing at Cedars Breaks NM and on Rattlesnake trail. The apartment is very clean, cozy, and conveniently furnished even for the longer stay. Traveling as a group of two families with kids, we loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms located on two different levels of this condo. The kitchen is very well stocked even for the substantial cooking and the beds are quite comfortable. The parking in the garage is assigned to the apartment which is very convenient but pretty tight even for the regular car. Also, there are two tips for the winter travelers: to leave windows slightly opened for the night, especially upstairs, where the air quickly becomes very hot and dry over the night. And to space out the showers in order not to run out of the hot water. But these are very minor things that easily could be taken care of. Otherwise, everything was great. Andy is excellent in communication and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

The BEST Condo Rental Ever!

I am writing this review from the condo on our last night here and have to say it could not have been any better. We have two kids-- 11 and 16-- and this condo provided the perfect arrangement for making meals, sleeping and hanging out when not on the ski slopes. Condo is very clean and attractively decorated. One thing we like the best was how light and bright it is! Beds were extremely comfy-- more comfy than my new mattress at home! 3 large screen TV's and plenty of private areas allowed for different family members to enjoy their own after-ski entertainment if they wanted to watch different movies. Surround Sound in living room was unbelievable when playing the Blue Ray disks, of which there was a pretty good selection, (and we brought a couple of our own rented on NetFlix). Even found a monitor and keyboard in the closet which made it easier for mom and dad to keep up with a little work remotely. We skied our tails off for 3 days straight (2 days snowing like mad, one day sunny) and everyone has pronounced this a really successful vacation-- even the teen girl, and that's saying something.; ) Oh, one more fun thing was the bird feeder outside the window. We filled it with seeds from the provided bag and really enjoyed watching the birds close up.

Great New Year's Trip

My family of 6 had a great time up in Brianhead over the New Year's. The condo was very cozy and had everything we needed. The queen bed was super comfy and provided a good night sleep after a long day on the slopes. It was an easy walk to the Giant Steps, stores, and pizza joint. Andy made sure the whole transaction went smoothly. We would definitely return.

Just as promised!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brian Head. The condo had all the little amenities you might need and is close to everything. We met a few of the neighbors, and everyone seems to know eachother and were very nice. Thank you Andy and Briar.

This is me and my wife Linzy. She & I spend a TON of time in and around Brian Head (Bryce, Zion, Cedar Breaks, Duck Creek, Panguitch Lake, Navajo Lake, etc) so feel free to ask me for hiking/biking/skiing/rock climbing suggestions!

Why they chose this property

We love Brian Head for some of the best mountain biking we've done in the world, and the best balance of good snow conditions, fun ski runs and light crowds we've ever encountered. Brian Head has the highest base elevation of any ski resort in Utah, and with 400 inches of NATURAL snow a year, the conditions are always great! If you're looking for a base to visit some of the best Nat'l Parks in America, we are a day trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and more! 3 hours from Salt Lake City AND Las Vegas means we are easily accessible from the North and South, and via their Int'l Airports.

What makes this property unique

Our place is your place. We love our home in Brian Head, and want you to love it as well! We will do whatever we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible; don't be afraid to ask for anything! We are the owners and are just a phone call away, 24/7!
