I would give 0 stars if I could.
Despite having booked this location for a 2 week stay, we were in the unit for less than 2 hours after our arrival. We tried to contact the managers to resolve issues of animal feces all over near the entrance, and noxious odors from deodorizers in the unit, sufficient enough to give us both headaches. Despite their instruction to "call with concerns or questions" they would only communicate by text, and offered no resolution to our issues. We stayed in a hotel that night and made other arrangements for the duration of our time in ABQ.
The payment for this is currently under dispute.
Look elsewhere for your stay in ABQ.
I have booked several properties using VRBO. 5/6 have been good. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this property The night I arrived, I was met with a cockroach in the sink.
I messaged the property host and asked if perhaps housekeeping forgot to attend to the unit because of the roaches I was seeing. I also explained that I have asthma.
Since my luggage did not make it to Albuquerque, I used the washer to my jeans and undies. The washer would not drain and I had to hang up my jeans and underwear to air dry. I ended up buying a change of clothes the next morning
I notified the property management to let them know that the washer was not draining. I have included the response.

Please note that our office is Only open 8am-8pm
Also Pest Control came out Monday and did their Quarterly Spraying.
The Unit is clean
Sounds like you've Overloaded the washing machine.
Please only put small loads in to ensure it will work properly.
Thanks

During my stay, I had to get a steroid shot because the cockroaches triggered as asthma attack.
I swept no less than six dead cockroaches per day. I started snapping images so the host could not deny that there were cockroaches present in the unit.
After I reported the washer not working, no one came to attend to it.
This is probably the worse customer service I have ever received from a VRBO property.
This small apartment is a good value for those traveling with a dog. It's clean and cozy, and I felt secure inside it. The host was very responsive and helpful.
The parking is behind an electric gate, and the gated parking lot serves as a safe pet relief area after dark. (There's no "yard," but there is a park a few blocks away.) The parking is shared with several other apartments on the block, so the space for pets to relieve themselves is small, and the parking is tight -- but it was fine for my dog, and there are trash cans conveniently placed to deposit poop bags.
It's worth knowing that this used to be some sort of store -- from the street, it looks like a store front. It seems like it's a commercial building that's been turned into a series of attached, small apartments or condos. The unit is is definitely better inside than outside!
My tip for dog owners is TAKE A SMALL FLASHLIGHT (because there is no lighting in the parking lot after dark when you're taking a dog out to potty before bedtime). Also, bring your own hairdryer, if you need one, as there isn't one in this unit.
With those notes, I wouldn't hesitate stay here again with my dog again in a future visit to ABQ!
