Enjoy this spacious three-story pool-front condo with patio, balcony, and rooftop deck. There are two bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king size custom bed with an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, an additional futon and a built-in desk workspace. The property is 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from restaurants and shopping. This is a quiet gated community with 24-hour manned security, a security camera on the patio entrance area, and 6 beautiful pools for you to choose from. The property is easily accessible with no steps from the nearby parking lot.

Beautiful condo in fabulous location

This lovely well cared for large condo had loads of home amenities that made you feel welcome and relaxed. It is located in a great Playa Coco location, walkable to beach and shopping and is set within a clean, well maintained, secure gated complex. It was one of our best stays in Costa Rica and we would definitely recommend it.

Great Views from a great location

This was our first time to Coco for a few days relaxation. This condo was perfect for that. Very clean with everything you need to feel like you live there. Great location to explore a few beaches in the area. The pool right outside was the icing on the cake. Lisa met us there on arrival and got us settled in. Would recommend if in the area.

Family Vacation

We just returned from Costa Rica and spent 1 week at this amazing condo only blocks from the Coco beach. The condo was clean, spacious, fully stocked including beach chairs, beds were very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Only steps away from all the local restaurants. The best part was the pool right outside our patio. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you so much Jill and Lisa for making us feel at home. We had a wonderful vacation.

Lovely unit in Playas del Coco

A big thank you to Jill and Alessandra for making our stay as comfortable as possible! The property: beautiful grounds and really nice to have a pool right outside the place. Loved the rooftop deck with stunning water views. The unit was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. We were able to walk to the mini market, some restaurants and a pharmacy.The hosts: About halfway into our trip, two family members fell ill. Alessandra and Jill went way beyond to help us in many different ways—they were so flexible, understanding and helpful. Due to illness, we couldn’t make the journey to La Fortuna, and Jill let us stay longer at her place. Alessandra connected us to a fantastic local doctor (Thank you, Dr. Mora!) and other local folks for transportation, etc.) We’ll be forever grateful.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This was our third time to Costa Rica and the first to Casa Bella Pez was by far the best place we have stayed to date. Very welcoming, comfortable like home feel, very well equipped from the kitchen right to the towels and chairs, also has a two-burner propane bbq and one of the pools is just steps from your front door!! Gorgeous sunsets from the rooftop that are breathtaking. Just a short walk to the ocean and one of the paths there usually has monkeys hanging out in the trees which are enjoyable to watch! Restaurant wise close to you that are a definite must visit are the La Dolce Vita, Che Sirloin and in town must visit Le Coq.

Perfect!

Very nice condo with all you need .Really well situated .Felt secure.Lots of pools. Rooftop "lounge" is spectacular at sunset. Jill (and Lisa her help in Coco) are reactive and supportive.Beach chairs and towels were very appreciated for all the beach hopping we did in the area: Hermosa, Ocotal, Panama and many more.Downsize is that you dont wanna leave ;)

Great location

The bed was comfortable, the lights going up the stairs were very helpful- a nice safety feature. Grounds were tidy. It was nice to have the beach chairs, towels and cooler -it would be super nice to have two masks and snorkels to use. The laundry room and closets are a bit cluttered. Lights over sink were out. Lots of dust on shelves in closet and on patio furniture. It was windy when we were there but these areas could be a little cleaner. Also an odd smell on the lower level that permeates to upstairs. Location was perfect

We have nothing but praises for this amazing condo. It has a beautiful, crystal clear pool right at its doorstep, a rooftop from where you can watch coco's fireworks. Each room is beautifully furnished, while both kitchen and laundry room are full y equipped. Shoutout for the hosts who were so welcoming and present at all times. I highly recommend it for 2 couples or a family of 5 as the third bed is a little bit cramped, however the couches downstairs easily solved that issue. Keep in mind that there is parking for a single vehicle.
