Perfect Getaway, Repeat Renter

Our stay at Julie’s vacation rental was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Julie was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless with her excellent communication. The home itself is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced—cozy, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the towels are top-notch. Julie goes above and beyond to make the place feel extra special, especially during the holidays. One of our favorite spots was the front porch—it’s the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful mountain views or to unwind in the evening. This home truly offers a perfect getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Downieville Stay

We've visited Downieville several times over the years. This rental property had the nicest interior of them all. The kitchen in fully stocked with new kitchen essentials. Comfortable beds with extra pillows, blankets and sheets, plenty of bath towels etc. We like the private location that is a quick bike ride or nice walk into town. We would stay here again and again.

Perfect House for an MTB Trip

This was truly an amazing house. It was remodeled while retaining its historic nature and comfort. The beds were perfect, and the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled beautifully. The biggest plus was the garage, which had plenty of room to work on bikes. The house was also located at the exit point of many of the trails, and its location allowed us to walk to town every day. The large driveway accommodated our 3 cars. This was my buddy's and my 70th birthday. The owner left us some champagne and a card on the counter when we arrived. This was a very special trip, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Kudos to our host!
