Apartment with garden and garage for 2 people. Inexpensive accommodation in a central location for excursions on the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
It is located in the 'Village de Campagne' complex on a hill on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The complex offers three pools, as well as a free tennis court. One pool is in the center of the complex, the other two can be reached via a footpath. From here you have a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

The studio has a terrace, which is followed by a small garden. The view goes into the adjacent cork oak forest.
The apartment has a living room / bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), bathroom with tub (ceiling height 1.95m) and a fully equipped kitchenette. It has a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Dishes, pots and cutlery are plentiful. The studio has a 32 "TV and a small stereo system. On the terrace there is an awning and garden furniture (table, 4 chairs, 2 loungers). Access to the studio is via the garage.

Fornuftigt værelse til fornuftig pris

Overordnet et rigtig fint værelse med ok plads. Kan klart anbefales til et kortvarigt ophold. Man skal dog være obs på, at stedet ligger oppe i bjergene. Så en lille bil gør underværker. Man skal derudover også selv sørger for viskestykker, håndklæder, skraldeposer osv, for det var ikke til rådighed:)

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Appartement ist klein hat aber eine schöne Terrasse mit Garten. Für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber. Alles in allem sehr schöne Tage

Wonderful location and very clean

A lovely little apartment in the right location for all that the south of France has to offer. The apartment is small, but has the basic amenities needed for a few nights stay and is very clean. The only issue we came across was the heat inside the apartment which was unbearable at times, the apartment would really benefit from some form of air conditioning. There is a fan in there which is good but it was circulating warm air and the apartment is very well insulated. The garage is a bonus, although access is on a steep hill which would not be ideal for some vehicles but was brilliant for us. Communication with the host was brilliant and instructions for check in were wonderful. Really happy experience. Thank you.

Wir haben das Apartment genau das vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war und wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Bilder waren absolut authentisch. Die Kommunikation per Mail mit unserem Vermieter war perfekt, unkompliziert und Fragen wurde umgehend beantwortet. Die Informationen waren umfassend und grundsätzlich komplett.

Eine schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war in ei em sehr guten Zustand and hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr ruhig und gut geeignet zum Essen und sonnen. Die Pools der Anlage sind sehr schön und gross

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Mai

Als aller erstes möchten wir uns bei dem Eigentümer für die freundliche Abwicklung der Buchung bedanken! Jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet. Das Studio ist genau wie beschrieben und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage war perfekt und man hatte alles in der Nähe. Des Weiteren könnte man 3 schöne Pools nutzen , der Zentrale Pool ist direkt gegenüber vom Studio . wir danken dem Eigentümer für das schöne Studio und den tollen Urlaub !

Schöner Frühling an der Cote D'Azur

Wir fahren regelmäßig seit einigen Jahren im Frühjahr und oft im Herbst (außerhalb der Hauptsaison) in die Village de Campagne. Dieses Studio gefällt uns besonders, weil es als einziges eine helle Südterrasse mit eigenem Garten und eine Garage hat. Zu den Gartenmöbeln gehören auch zwei Liegen und zum Schutz vor der Sonne gibt es eine Markise. Das Studio ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem deutschen Vermieter des Studios ist immer freundlich und problemlos verlaufen. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist, dass der Zugang durch die Garage erfolgt, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Die Zufahrt in die Garage ist leider relativ steil, weshalb wir das Auto aus Bequemlichkeit meist draußen stehen lassen. Deshalb aber kein Punktabzug, weil der Preis auch ohne Garagennutzung für uns sehr günstig ist. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Zwei Worte: Einfach wunderschön!

Wir waren das erste Mal am Golf von Saint-Tropez. Eine wirklich wunderschöne Gegend. Aber zuerst möchten wir uns beim Eigentümer des Hauses für die tolle und freundliche Abwicklung unserer Buchung bedanken. Der erste gute Eindruck setzte sich dann beim Haus fort. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Genau so, wie man es vorfinden möchte. Insgesamt zwar kleine Räume im Haus, aber trotzdem geräumig und schön. Toll haben uns die beiden Terrassen gefallen und der Pool vor der Haustüre. Aber auch die beiden anderen Pools mit Ausblick auf's Meer = einfach wunderschön. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und man muss schon das Auto nutzen um einzukaufen. Aber die Lage ist so zentral, dass es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt ist um die tolle Gegend zu erkunden. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Vielen lieben Dank!

Hübsches Studio mit schönem Garten - SEHR erholsam

Geräumiges, sehr gepflegtes und ruhiges Appartement mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Dazu noch eine schöne Terrasse und ein kleiner Garten - die richtigen Orte um die Seele mal baumeln zu lassen. Das Studio hatte im Preis inbegriffen sogar eine Garage, in das wir unser Auto unterstellen konnten. Leider war die Einfahrt zur Garage sehr steil und der Eingang zum Studio führte auch durch die Garage. Hat uns aber bereits am 2. Tag schon nicht mehr gestört. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und der freundlichen Abwicklung durch die Eigentümerfamilie sehr zu frieden und kommen gerne wieder. Können es ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
