Das Wetter verwöhnte uns. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in Davos ist zentral.

Gut und gut gelegen

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die zudem ausgesprochen verkehrsgünstig gelegen ist. Loipe ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso die Busse, um zu den jeweiligen Talstationen zu gelangen. Mehr geht kaum noch.

Einfach Super!

Zuerst: vielen vielen Dank Herr Fürstenberg. Eine sehr schön gepflegte, saubere Wohnung. Sie ist sehr heimelig und mit viel Charm eingerichtet, passend zu den Bergen. Wir (2Erw. 1Kind), uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten auch eine Woche mit viel Sonne und Schnee, einfach nur Traumhaft. Durch die zentrale Lage war man zu Fuss auch schnell im Dorf oder Platz, perfekt! Die Küche war voll ausgestattet (Gewürze (jetzt auch noch Oel und Essig), Raclett, Fondue, Geschirr, Staubsauger, Pool, Sauna, Kamin, zwei Toiletten), einfach nur toll! Einen Skikeller, den Lift direkt von der Garage zur Wohnung, Spielzimmer für die Kinder, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Hauswart/Hauswartin war sehr angenehm und schnell bezg. Sauna oder sonstiges. Danke Hr. und Fr. Ralic! Diese schöne Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten.

sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr saubere und gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles Bestens. Tolle Lage, perfekte Tiefgarage und ein absolut tolles Schwimmbad. Auch sehr sehr netter Kontakt zu Eigentümer und Hauswart. Einzig die Küche ist sehr klein und sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber es ging aus so zum kochen und leben. Was auch noch etwas schwierig ist, keine Flecken auf den Teppich zu machen. Ein robuster und unempfindlicher Bodenbelag beim Eingangs Bereich wäre da eine Unterstützung. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen und können dies somit nur weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank

Eine gut gelegene, saubere und schöne Wohnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Leider waren Corona-bedingt Hallenbad und Sauna geschlossen.

Sehr zu empfehlen...

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Hr. Fürstenberg und auch vor Ort mit der Hauswartin war super. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Sie ist groß genug für 2 Personen und z. B. mit Kindern, die dann in den Schrankbetten übernachten könnten, auch ausreichend für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles, was man ev. gebrauchen könnte, war vorhanden. Vom Standard her, wie zu Hause. Es war sehr sauber überall. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist prima, so kommt man in jedem Fall immer weg. Und letztendlich die Lage ist top. Zur Parsenn sind wir gelaufen.. Keine 10 min. Es gibt aber auch Bushaltestellen in 2 min Entfernung. ( Hier sollte man wissen: Die Straße hoch laufen (nicht runter) und dann ggf nach rechts oder links. Das einzig kleine Manko war der Kamin. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, daß es Schwierigkeiten mit der Belüftung gibt und man ihn deshalb lieber nicht benutzen sollte. Es war auch nur Anmachholz vorhanden. Da die Wohnung aber komplett mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet ist, war es trotzdem sehr warm und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

grosse, bequeme Wohnung in zentraler Lage, eher ruhig zur Seitenstrasse

Diese komfortable Fewo können wir jederzeit als Ausgangspunkt für Bahnerlebnistouren und Wanderungen empfehlen. Abends Entspannung mit einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon. Nachmittags ist das Schwimmbad mit Ruhebereichen innen und außen verfügbar. Ein Stellplatz in der Garage ist vorhanden.

Schöne super ausgestattete Wohnung an zentrale Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Davos genossen, auch weil die Wohnung wirklich sehr heimlich und komplett ausgestattet war. Sehr sauber und ganz nahe Promenade und Langlaufloipen.

Fränkisch: Basst scho!

Sejour superbe a Davos fevrier 2019

L'appartement est tres bien situe, impeccable et spacieux pour 2 personnes. Tres bien equipe, propre et on y trouve absolument tout le necessaire et tout le confort. Merci au proprietaire de nous avoir permis de profiter pleinement de notre vacances a Davos.
