This gorgeous, beachfront condo will have you slipping into relaxation mode in no time! From the tasteful, contemporary decor to the private balcony with uninterrupted Gulf views, you will have no trouble feeling right at home. Located in the desirable, Phoenix Resort complex, enjoy access to a bevy of onsite amenities including a shared pool, beach access, hot tubs, gym, racquetball courts, and tennis courts. Back to home, the well-equipped kitchen has you covered for easy, at-home meals. Before bed, kick back on the plush sofa to stream your favorite shows and movie on the TV using the free WiFi. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay ! The condo was super nice and clean . The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Would love to stay there again.

Overall would stay here again

Overall the condo was very clean and well maintained. During our first night the refrigerator did leak water which was promptly fixed after contacting Vacasa support. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying at the Phoenixes again.

Nice home and views

This was nice home and view of beach. Didn’t hear neighbors. Everything worked but coffee pot so we heated water and ran it thur pop. Nice beds and bathrooms. Washer and dryer worked good. I would recommend this place.

Beach Getaway

My husband & I stayed 4 nights. Very comfortable space. Remodel is very nice. New kitchen appliances & granite countertops. Kitchen well stocked with dishes & cooking utensils. Dining table seats 6. Mattresses very comfortable. New sliding doors to balcony operate easily. Great beachfront view of ocean & pool from balcony. Very easy beach access. Quiet area. Did not hear neighbors. Nice restaurants, grocery nearby.

Nice but needs updates.

Great location. Condo was comfortable, parking was convenient. Pain is rough, many areas needed repainted. Cabinets do t open completely due to layout. Toaster doesn’t work, chair on balcony is broken & not useful. Light over the kitchen sink doesn’t work. Two of the outlets in first bedroom was intermittent meaning something was wrong. Bathroom drain didn’t work. Calking around tub needs replaced. Dresser drawers don’t work, furniture is old.

Things to improve a stay

The property was great. However the blow dryer is a fire hazard ( the filters are stopped up and I dont think its cleanable) and needs to be replaced. The sofa isn't comfortable and wouldn't fold all the way in, so a replacement would be a significant improvement.

Just one safety concern.

We had a great stay, the place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. A huge concern though throughout our stay were the balcony railings. They were spaced apart more than standard code 4 inches. Both of my toddlers could fit through them. I would definitely have that addressed.

July 2022 trip

I loved the location and the proximity to restaurants and the view was amazing. The unit needs a deep cleaning. The dishwasher didn’t work and smelled horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in time and had to make beds, and wash dishes before using them. Hopefully they will get this taken care of before the next guests arrive.

Okay place.

Condo was clean. Hot water was amazing!! Mattress in each room was poor. The couch in living room was in bad shape. Went to wash dishes and the water backed up in the sink. Someone had placed a tiny bowl under the disposal cause it was leaking. Was not looking for a 5☆ place but this place could use some tlc.

The view was great! The condo bathrooms were not cleaned well there was hairs in the master bath & the other bath the toilets had black around the rim. The 2nd bedroom headboard was not attached well the screws were wallowed out so every time you turn over it smacks the wall. The chair rentals were set up along the beach blocking all the beach so there was very little spots to take your chairs & umbrella to without being blocked. Most of the chairs were not even rented just set up in the way. The pictures make the condo look bigger than it was. Not the best bang for my bucks.

Beautiful for a Winter Get Away

Overall, this was a great place to stay, location was great, balcony looking at the beach was awesome, and most dishes/silverware etc. were there. The place overall was just fine. There does need to be a new coffee maker as this one is old and leaks, new toaster as it is broken and new sheets that fit the bed. Bed is comfortable but fitted sheet pockets are not deep enough to accommodate the mattress and come off every night. Know that it is not stocked with ANY extras, and they did not advertise that there would be, but there is no kitchen towel, no hot pads to get things out of the oven and nothing to drain dishes on. We bought them so hope those items stay in the home. With that said, none of this would prevent us from returning to this property. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to others, just know to bring the small essentials that may not be there. Chris

Great view. Ok Room.

The location to everything in Gulf Shores and view from the balcony were great. Had a wonderful girls trip, but the condo was a little run down and in need of updates. The lamp in the master bedroom didn’t work. The light fixture over the kitchen table would flicker on and off. The couch really needs to be replaced. We put a blanket over it because it was stained so badly. 2 of 3 patio chairs were ripped. The beds were creaky and just ok on comfort. Upon arrival, the cleaning wasn’t the best. Wet towels were left in the washing machine. The fridge wasn’t cleaned well. One bed had sheets, but no quilt or cover. Vacasa checked in via text and was very professional about trying to make us more comfortable. I told them it wasn’t necessary. Overall, seems like a good rental company and would use them again, but I would just skip this particular condo.

We had a great stay! The property was clean and inviting. The views of the ocean were priceless. Great location. The yellow couch was a bit uncomfortable bur overall we were very happy.

Convenient location, easy parking, clean building, easy beach access, nice indoor & outdoor pools, quick elevators, friendly staff. Room was on the 9th floor. Very spacious and really loved the balcony. We've stayed at many places on the island and this has been by far our absolute favorite. We will definitely be back!

Great place !!

Loved the view from the balcony! Exactly what I wanted, looking straight out into the ocean. Great sandy white beaches, walked straight out onto the beach. Very nice condo, clean, comfortable beds. Would recommend staying here!
