Well-kept, well-equipped apartment right on the sea. Where Italy still belongs to the Italians, the property is just a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. Between the oak forest and the hill you and your family can take their distance, get to know the Italian soul and enjoy pure nature. The apartment is well prepared. Two bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of 2-4 or a circle of friends. There is nothing missing. They look directly into the green and have the view of the beautiful bay on whose beaches you can choose between sandy beach and pebble beach.
If you want to do nudist so here is the corresponding designated beach within walking distance.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living-dining room. A spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing during the day and barbecue in the evening.

Entspannung pur

Hendrik ist der optimale Gastgeber, zurück haltend aber immer präsent wenn es nötig ist . Man hat sich als Gast und noch mehr als Freund gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage über dem Meer ,spektakuläre Ausblicke sind garantiert. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Auch das Umland hat viel zu bieten. Der Kiesstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ,wer lieber Sandstrand möchte findet diesen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto an der Küste entlang. Kulinarisch und Landschaftlich brauchen die Abruzzen sich nicht hinter der Toskana zu verstecken. Diese Unterkunft und der Gastgeber sind auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Entdeckung eines Kleinods

Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Man fand Ruhe und Erholung, aber auch kulturelle Highlights in der Umgebung. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter war herzlich und die Gastfreundschaft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden wieder hinfahren!

4 Sterne: - Super Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters. - Sehr, sehr sauber - Eine durchschnittliche Lage - Ein durchschnittlicher Zustand der Wohnung, vor allem die Duschkabine sollte saniert werden - Eine durchschnittliche Ausstatung: kein Fernseher und keine Klimaanlage.

Einfach super

Hendrik ist ein unglaublich toller Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit gekühlten Prosecco begrüßt. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden. Zum Sandstrand sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Lesen und Entspannen ein. Es war einfach super.

Ruhe und Idylle

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Herr Henrik ist ein super Gastgeber, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht und darüber hinaus sehr gut mit Kindern umgeht. Wir fühlten uns als Familie sehr willkommen. Besonders hat uns der gepflegte und schöne Garten gefallen und natürlich das Apartment, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht.

Una vacanza immersa nella natura

La casa è stata all'altezza delle nostre aspettative, molto accogliente, comoda, pratica, con un bellissimo spazio esterno, a pochi passi dal mare e dalla spiaggia di Punta le Morge. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, molto gentile, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, discreto ma sempre presente e disponibile. Super consigliato. Ci torneremo!

Ruhiger Ort in Küsten- und Bergnähe

Wer es ruhig mag auf der Terrasse, den kleinen, aber steilen Weg zum Kieselstrand, oder 10 Minuten weiter den Sandstrand nicht scheut, die Natur der Abruzzen liebt und deswegen auch nichts gegen ein paar Ameisen in der Wohnung hat, der ist hier genau richtig! Berge, Wandern, Strand, Meer, Fahrrad fahren, alles geht.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen, sauberen und stilvollen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Noch schöner war allerdings das Verweilen auf der großen, zur Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse und dem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse kann man sogar das Meer sehen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Super schönes Haus in toller Lage mit einer sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung und großer Terrasse. In 5 bis 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am unverbauten Strand. Wir können die Wohnung und den netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter nur empfehlen!

Ein kleines Paradies!

Für uns war es der perfekte Ort, um sich zu erholen und nach anstrengenden Wochen "runterzukommen". Mit jedem Tag mehr entdeckt man wieder, was es mit der heilsamen Kraft der Natur auf sich hat. Wenn du am ersten Tag von einem Adler-Pärchen hoch in den Lüften begrüßt wirst, die Zikaden freundlicherweise erst um halbzehn mit ihrem Konzert beginnen, weißt du, hier meinen es alle gut mit dir. Insbesondere Hendrik, der Vermieter :) Es haben zwar so gut wie alle ein Navi, aber die bebilderte Anfahrtsbeschreibung im Vorfeld war dann doch eine große Hilfe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns dann wirklich begeistert. Es fehlt an nichts (einschließlich Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Haarföhn) und eine Flasche Prosecco gab es zur Begrüßung auch noch. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten - mit der perfekten Terrasse vor der Tür! Wir hatten großes Glück, diese Ferienwohnung buchen zu können, wollten einfach etwas am Meer haben. Dass wir damit insgesamt das große Los gezogen und mit den Abruzzen eine Seite von Italien kennengelernt haben, die uns richtig begeistert hat, hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht! Lieber Hendrik, danke!! So etwas behält man im Herzen.

Angenehme Athmosphäre in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben im Juli unseren Urlaub hier verbracht und trotz der hochsommerlichen Hitze bot die liebevoll im Landhausstil eingerichtete, großzügige Ferienwohnung immer einen kühlen Rückzugsort. Die leicht abgeschiedene Lage auf dem Berg lässt das Apartment zusammen mit dem umgebenden Garten und den zwei Terrassen zu einem Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung werden. Sandstrand und Städte lassen sich jedoch ohne weiteres in wenigen Minuten per Auto erreichen. Nicht zuletzt durch die stets freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft unseres Vermieters, Herrn Hwang, heben wir uns hier ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!
