Living Spaces
Light and bright with stylish tropical decor, the living room is open to the kitchen and dining area in one big space perfect for gathering. Relax on the comfy sectional and watch your favorite show on the 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. Surrounded by lush palms and fun pops of color, this
indoor oasis is the perfect spot when you need a break from the Florida sunshine. And with gleaming easy-to-clean hardwood floors, you won’t stress about bringing home a little sand from the beach.

Kitchen & Dining
You’re going to love this kitchen so much you won’t even want to eat out. Completely open to the living area so you can always be a part of the action, it features beautiful white cabinetry, spacious granite countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances. We even have an air fryer and waffle maker to keep the whole family happy with tasty meals. Begin your day with a freshly brewed cup from the coffee corner, have a casual breakfast at the central kitchen island with seating for two, then head out to enjoy your day.

For meals with the whole crew, a large wooden dining table with seating for six is just steps away – also a great spot for a family game night. Or dine al fresco on the screened-in patio. Seating for 8 more on the patio.

Bedrooms & Baths
With three spacious bedrooms, the whole crew has plenty of room to get a peaceful night’s sleep. Each bedroom has ceiling fans for extra comfort, along with blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, premium linens and pillows, closets, dressers, bedside tables with reading lamps, and
laundry baskets. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with all the essentials, from toiletries and hair dryers to fluffy towels. And of course, special amenities for the kids, too - like kids & step stool, and kid-friendly shampoo and conditioner.

Outdoor Amenities
The backyard at Paradise Palms is your own tropical oasis – and designed to be totally kid- and pet-friendly. On the screened-in patio, float in the private, heated saltwater pool or relax poolside on a lounge chair. Fire up the grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table for six, plus a small table next to it that seats an additional 2. Let the kids (and dogs) run free in the completely fenced backyard and play for hours on the brand-new swingset, then challenge the crew to a game of cornhole.

In the shed, you’ll find all your pool and beach accessories – toys, coolers, floats, buckets, and shovels along with bikes and scooters to cruise through the neighborhood. We also have fitness equipment (kettlebell, hand weights, yoga mat) in case you want to get in a workout on vacation.

For more entertainment, head around to the Bonus Game Room in the converted garage! With foosball, ping pong, darts, and a double-sided easel for creative fun, you’ll have plenty to do on rainy days.

Things to Note

Pet-friendly (2 dogs max). $150 pet fee. No smoking/vaping. No parties or events. Your safety matters. The property features an exterior-facing Ring doorbell security camera on the front door. We have a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers. Childproof door knob covers are also available if needed.

Must be 25 or older to book, sign Rental Agreement (will be sent after booking accepted).

$500 Security Deposit will be held by credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) 2 days prior. It will be released 5 days after check out pending there are no damages or excess cleaning needed.


Guests will be given a keyless entry code to access the home.

Located in Seminole, Florida, Paradise Palms is in the perfect spot to be able to explore everything in the St. Pete-Clearwater and Tampa area.
Let’s start with the beach! We’re only 10 minutes from the soft white sand of Madeira Beach.

There’s easy parking in a lot (for a fee) and the yummy comfort food of Dockside Dave’s within walking distance. There are also plenty of other beaches nearby, like St. Petersburg and the well-known Clearwater Beach, both within 30 minutes of Paradise Palms.

And if you need a break from the beach? There are tons of other activities nearby. Go fishingor rent a kayak to explore Lake Seminole, visit the alligator sanctuary at Lake Seminole Park, bike along the 45-mile Pinellas Trail, climb to the top of the observation tower in Boca Ciega Millennium Park, book a tee time at one of the championship golf courses, head to a nearby shopping center, entertain the kids at Treasure Island Fun Center’s arcade, or sample cuisine at plenty of delicious local restaurants. Stroll through John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk for shopping, restaurants, dolphin-watching tours, boat rentals, jet skiing, and more. Or visit popular attractions like Busch Gardens Tampa, Tampa Zoo, Florida Aquarium, or Florida Botanical Gardens, all nearby. And only about 30 minutes from the airport, it’s easy to get here and start exploring.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10PM-8AM (Seminole city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation. They’ll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax on the comfy patio. $150 pet free, up to 2 small dogs under 30lbs. The home is equipped with a small doggy door to the fenced in backyard. We also provide dog bowls for food and water.

Pet owners need to survey the perimeter of fencing upon arrival to identify any possible holes or escape openings. ALWAYS check the side gates to make sure they are closed if your pet will run free in the yard--you never know if the gate has been opened and not secured back by pool techs or landscapers. Be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard. **

Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possibly, but not likely to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as bugs, including, but not limited to ants, bees, palmetto bugs, love bugs, roaches, fruit flies, etc. on the property.
