The approximately 75m ² of living space of the semi-detached house can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby / toddler. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area, from where you can also reach the terrace and the garden. Furthermore, the ground floor has a separate kitchen and a shower room with toilet. The upper floor is in two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds) and a 2. Bathroom with bath and toilet split. Two more single beds are available in the developed, open roof studio. All windows are equipped with shutters, the floors on the ground floor with tiles.

The semi-detached house is absolutely quiet and yet centrally located in the heart of Carolinensiel. A south-west landscaped garden with terrace offers appropriate rest after long day trips. Explore the region by bike or on foot. In just a few minutes, the center is reached. Here you will find the historic museum harbor as well as numerous restaurants and cafes that invite you to linger. Numerous shops are also in the immediate vicinity. A footpath along the Harle leads past the Cliner Quelle to the beach or the ferry terminal to Harlesiel. In addition, there is a parking space in front of the house, as well as a garaging for bicycles available.
