This new semi-detached house is located near the town center. From here it is only a few meters to the museum harbor. Numerous shops, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The outside of the house has a garden with a furnished terrace and invites you to relax. A parking space is in front of the house. The Fereinhaus also offers you storage space for your bicycles.

The upper floor has three bedrooms (2 each a double bed, a single bed) and a spacious shower room and thus offers enough space for the whole family. All windows are equipped with roller shutters and there are tiles or Layed laminate. WiFi is accessible without cost. A high-quality equipment ensures appropriate living comfort. Sufficient availability is reserved when booking optional additional services.
