This gorgeously updated, luxury Southside 30A condo with Gulf views is the ultimate rental for a romantic 30A vacation. This upstairs unit is ideal for accommodating a couple or a small family. Enjoy the authentic beachside cottage vibe in a laid-back Seaside neighborhood.

You'll absolutely adore spending time on the screened-in porch with outdoor bar seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, or dining al fresco in the fresh Gulf breeze, all with a stunning view of the emerald Gulf waters.

Love Me Tender is just steps away from the East Ruskin Beach Pavilion and less than a minute walk to Seaside restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

The downstairs unit "Love Me True" is also available to rent for larger groups. The units can connect from inside the home, so it is like you have one larger house with Two kitchens!

Love me tender stay

We loved the property and it’s so close to everything in Seaside. The private beach was also lovely and so close to the house. You can see the ocean but there is trees blocking a full view. Would definitely stay here again!

Celebrating in Seaside

We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday, and it was a wonderful place for the celebration. It was steps away from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. The place was quaint but beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

Love Me Tender property was PERFECT in every way. Two minute walk to the beach and minute walk to the Central Square - Best location on 30A and the property was decorated just perfectly. Will definitely stay again at the same place and will definitely recommend with 5 stars!!!!!

Loved this place-beautiful views, lovely screened porch, close to beach and Seaside shops and food. Also walkable to Water Colors. We had everything we needed. The only negative is the small refrigerator-hard to keep much and our lettuce froze.

Great location

Great location and quick access to the beach. The condo was a dream. The only let down I would say were the the trees obstructing the view. If they were trimmed down a bit it, it would provide a larger view of the gulf. Nonetheless it was a great place !

If you are looking to be close to everything this is the property for you ! Newly renovated and decorated,this updated unit is a delight !! We enjoyed eating on the screen porch with a ocean view and wonderful sound of the waves hitting the shore.

This was our 10th year to Seaside. Location was absolutely perfect! And home was the right side for me and my husband. Only complaint was the refrigerator was quite loud, but it was a minor annoyance and was overruled by how great the property was generally.

Annual Fall Trip to Seaside

We had an amazing week in this amazing cottage. We usually stay in an oceanfront cottage but we booked late and they were all reserved. The property was perfectly appointed, plenty of space, very clean, and super cozy! The street noise from kids was a bit loud but it was fall break for many. We will return - thank you!!!

Awesome place!

Location is fantastic. Home is very well appointed. Bed was amazingly comfortable. I wish it did have a little better freezer for ice and ice cream. Also, better privacy in the bathroom. You feel a little exposed to your neighbors. But not enough to deduct a star.

The Big Freeze

We stayed at Love Me Tender during the blizzard. We were warm in cute apartment. Took beach walks and read books and cooked. It was cold. The cozy apartment was as stated in description and many things are so new that there are tags etc. that need to be removed!! Lovely stay, despite the cold.

Alot of work for a family place but was nice

Place was beautiful but was a few minor problems like sometimes the electric blinds would work sometimes not so when we finally got them down in certain areas of the house we would just leave them down. Alot of stairs between where you stay and the beach so if you got alot of stuff to carry back and forth you will get a work out in but other than that a nice place
