DO NOT BOOK… I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I booked this property on April 16th and payment was charged in full on my credit card. Fast forward to 5/25/22(check in day). I messaged Jasmine 1 1/2 hours prior for check in instructions because I had not received any type of correspondence since I booked. About 15 minutes later I received a message stating “your reservation has been cancelled and a refund will be processed”. I messaged Jasmine asking why was my reservation cancelled without any explanation when I booked well in advance?!?! Jasmine replied “the property is not available”. This was NEVER brought to my attention by Jasmine before the check in date. I drove 8 hours only to be told my reservation was cancelled 1 1/2 hours before on Memorial weekend. My husband and I had to scramble to find somewhere to stay for myself and my kids literally at the last minute which cost us hundreds of dollars more than I paid for this reservation due to it being the last minute and a holiday weekend. Jasmine claimed she had “another property that she could’ve transferred me to” but this was never offered or discussed with me prior to the check in or cancellation. Lastly, this same property was listed on another app for the same dates for alot more. Jasmine was very unprofessional!
