First Time to Houston Rodeo

The house is nice, it could use a few more kitchen utensils such as forks and some pots and pans. Our bed was missing a top sheet. There could be some more supplies in the bathroom and dishwasher soap. When we had to contact the owner with an issue he was able to resolve it quick and came the next day and replaced the batteries. Overall the house was nice, clean and comfortable and in a good location.

Bring your own Sheets

Arrived at the property, no top sheets were provided. And you can’t convince me these places actually wash the comforters after every guest! Reached out to the host and they never would reply so we went and bought our own bedding. Second bed upstairs was broken, no trash bags, no window coverings in the bathroom. I would NOT recommend and would not stay here again!!

Great location

Great location and good sized house with new appliances. We had issues with the heat not working upstairs during our whole stay but did get compensated which was good. Our main issues were a lack of communication - the host was very slow at responding and for the last two days they didn’t respond to us at all. Also it was lacking a lot of simple amenities - there were no dish towels in the kitchen (we used a hand towel from the bathroom), no dish soap, dishwasher detergent or cleaner in the kitchen, no garage bags after the one in the garbage was full, a total of 4 forks in the kitchen, no top sheets on any of the beds (just the comforter), it had soap dispensers in the bathrooms but they were empty (we ended up filling them with a hand soap from the kitchen). There were also no pillow cases on the pillows in the downstairs bedroom (no extras in any drawer either) and the host said they couldn’t bring us any because they were out of town for the holidays. We ultimately enjoyed our stay because the location was good and beds comfortable, but it would have been better with a few spent to have some pretty standard amenities as well as better responsiveness from the host.

Thanksgiving Great

Great property for family. Two Bedrooms up with own baths and one down with bath. Close to I610 easy on and off. Would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We couldn't be happier with our stay. My daughter and I stayed for a week during the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Communications with the property manager were amazing and only a couple moments before a response- so fast. Super quiet neighborhood but still so close the the rodeo.

Clean, Comfy and Convenient

The property was clean, well appointed and close to many popular places. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions before and during our stay. I would stay here again the next time I visit Houston.
