Modern holiday home with a beautiful view of Wolfsburg

We offer you a holiday home with 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

The holiday home renovated in 2017 has 3 living levels and covers 100 sqm. On the ground floor there is the hall, a bedroom, the living room and the kitchen as well as the bathroom / toilet. The two bedrooms and a toilet are on the upper floor. 1 bedroom in the basement. Up to 6 people can sleep here.

Our offer includes:
a closed parking space in the yard
a bathroom with daylight on the ground floor, a toilet on the upper floor.

a kitchenette with everything that goes with it, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher
a television and free internet connection.
Our house is a non-smoking house. You are welcome to smoke in the yard. An exit to the balcony from the living room.
The covered terrace on the ground floor with a beautiful view invites you to relax.
You are also welcome to get an impression of our holiday home and its exclusive equipment on site. We would be very happy to welcome you personally as a guest.

Von der Kommunikation vor der Reise, bis zum Check out lief alles sehr unkompliziert.Das FH liegt in einem Wohngebiet am Stadtrand von Neustadt von wo aus wir unsere Wanderung gestartet haben.Das FH ist sehr gut ausgestattet, moderne, helle Möbel.In der Küche war alles was wir für ein Wochenende brauchen.Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank

Honigsüße Gastgeberin
Trotz laufender Bauarbeiten im Außenbereich ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Man kennt sich ja nicht persönlich, aber Frau H. haben wir als engagierte Imkerin und Honigverkäuferin auf dem Markt getroffen. Vermieterin wie Wohnung: super.

Ich war nur kurz dort um mit meiner Freundin das Wochenende zu genießen und es war wunderbar. Das Haus ist perfekt und sauber und wir würden sehr gerne nochmal wiederkommen und auch länger bleiben.

Buchten die Unterkunft weil wir zum Weinfest nach Deidesheim wollten. Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Es war alles da. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin absolut super. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Es fehlt nichts. Liegt etwas außerhalb am Berg, aber die Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll Dekoriert. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, Carport, überall elektrische Rolläden. Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe, dadurch unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout. Vermieterin über App erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Unterbringung
Vom Haus ist man schnell in der Umgebung. Das Haus selber bietet alles was man benötigt. Matratzen waren gut. Der schöne Blick vom Balkon hat und auch sehr zuhesagt. Alles in allem Ein schöner Aufenthaltes in der Pfalz.

Wochenende in der Pfalz
Wir waren 3 Paare, das es nur ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gab wußten wir ja vorher. Die Matratzen waren gut. Von der Ausstattung war alles da was in eine FeWo gehört. Platz war reichlich vorhanden, auch wenn man z. Zt. den Wintergarten nicht nutzen kann. Wenn man dann im Sommer noch den Garten nutzen kann bestimmt sehr schön. Wir konnten 2 PKWs und 6 Ebikes auf dem überdacht en Carport abstellen, 1 PKW neben dem Haus. Für uns genau das Richtige um die wunderschöne Gegend auf Ebikes zu besichtigen. Lediglich ein Bad + Gäste WC ist etwas wenig für 6 Personen aber wir waren ja nur 3 Tage da. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Klasse Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist Toll und Geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es alles was man so braucht. Wir waren zu viert hier und es war Ausreichend Platz für uns. Als kleine Verbesserung würde ich mir einen besseren Fernseher wünsche. Aber man ist ja nicht nur zum Fernsehen angereist. Den Vermietern kann ich nur sagen weiter so.

Entspanntes Wochenende
Es war richtig toll in dem super eingerichteten Haus! Mit der Vermieterin gab es einen guten Kontakt im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts- sehr zu empfehlen! Die Lage ist gut für uns gewesene: wir sind direkt vom Haus aus nach St. Martin gewandert und mit dem Linienbus bis kurz vor die Haustür zurückgekommen.

Großzügiges Haus mit schönem Blick von der Terrasse
Das Haus bot für uns (5 Personen) optimale Bedingungen und ein einladendes Ambiente. Erholsam war der Blick von der Terrasse, aber weniger schön das Geräusch der nahen Bahnlinie, was aber zu verkraften ist. Freundliche Vermieter und ein von der Entfernung noch zu vertretender Fußweg zu Stadt rundeten einen gelungenen Aufenthalt ab.

Urlaub mit öffentlichem Verkehr
Haus im Tal mit schönem Ausblick. Wir reisten nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, was prima klappte. Die Bus-und Zugverbindungen gut. Im Touristenzentrum in Neustadt/ Weinstrasse haben wir gute Informationen erhalten.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Küchenutensilien, Badewanne,Dusche,Balkon mit Tisch und Stühle. Alle Fenster mit Rollo,…..und sehr sauber. Ja die Bahn fährt ziemlich laut vorbei aber wir haben sie in kürzester Zeit überhōrt. Nachts hatten wir die Fenster im Schlafzimmer komplett auf und sind davon nicht wach geworden. Es befindet sich alles in der näheren Umgebung. Holiday Park, Restaurants, einkaufsgeschäfte, Tankstelle,….. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und können es zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.
