Spend your holiday in this luxurious penthouse apartment in the BeachBay holiday area. Here on the Priwall in Travemünde, the dune villas are nestled in nature and live up to their name. The view of the beach grass and the sand dune landscape is unique. The charming dune villas are in a quiet location behind the promenade villas. From here, it is just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade. The exclusive penthouses extend over the 2nd floor of the beach house-style villa.



The highlight of this penthouse is the spacious roof terrace, which at 42 square metres offers a wonderful place in the sun. Here you can enjoy meals together or simply relax. Two loungers and additional garden furniture are at your disposal.



The rooms have been designed with lots of wood and glass and in light colours, and the high-quality furniture has been perfectly coordinated. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a spacious double bed. There is also a sofa bed for two more people in the living area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the bathroom. Here you can enjoy the unique view from the whirlpool or the double rain shower. The private sauna in the second bathroom is the perfect place to relax. End a stormy day by the sea here. The bioethanol fireplace, which bathes the living room in a cosy light, is also ideal for this.



The apartment's technical equipment also leaves nothing to be desired. A large digital entertainment package and four flatscreen TVs are available. In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Als wir ins zimmer gezogen sind hatte wir alle erstmal schwarze socken...zum Balkon hin der Schacht absolute verdreckt....unter dem bett viel staub...das man für die endreinigung 199 Euro Bezahlt...sollten die Zimmer sauber sein....

Entspannung im neuen Urlaubsgebiet
In zweiter Lage mit eingeschränktem Blick auf die Trave konnten wir auf unserem gossen Balkon sehr gut entspannen. Leider waren die Lounge-Möbel alle kaputt und man konnte darauf nicht sitzen. Es waren aber ausreichend Stühle mit Tisch und zwei Liegen vorhanden. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem, aber nicht sauber. Ich musste die Toper von Krümeln und Haaren befreien. Mehr Sauberkeit im Appartement wäre Wünschenswert gewesen! Auch unter den Betten waren Haare und Staubmäuse. Die Küche war super strukturiert und ausreichend bestückt. Die Umgebung war schön und besonders die Sonnenuntergänge am Hafen waren ein Traum. Der Strand gefiel uns nicht so, sind dann weiter nach Timmendorf an die Strände gefahren.

Kleine Weihnachtsflucht
Tolle Umgebung, direkte Nähe zum Strand. Sehr großzügiges Penthouse mit sehr hohen Decken und riesigen Fenstern. Schön wäre es, wenn die Oberlichter im Hauptschlafzimmer abgedunkelt werden könnten. Eine entspannte Auszeit, weg vom Weihnachtstrubel.

Gelungene Auszeit
Das Objekt wurde ausgesucht, um den Interessen von 4 Personen zu entsprechen. Es war ein sehr geeignetes Objekt mit tollen Besonderheiten. Aber die Dichte der Gebäude zueinander war einschränkend. Obwohl das Haus neu war, fiel auf, dass die Wände im Hausflur deutliche Nutzungsspuren aufwiesen. Zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahmen dürfte ein Nachanstrich zu empfehlen sein. Aber unsere kleine Auszeit war gelungen, da alle geplanten Radtouren in die Umgebung durchgeführt werden konnten.
