Dont rent this place - You'll get duked!

Drove 10 hours from Indiana and arrived on Friday at 4pm to find house was occupied. Contacted host who was confused and casually sorry. Said he had a long term renter in the house that I had booked and paid for back in June! He cancelled the booking and said we'd get a refund. Now it's 4:50pm on a Friday night in mid-town Atlanta on a game weekend and not possible to book an alternative on VRBO that late in the day. Ended up booking an apartment up in Marietta on another rental app... very frustrating and no reprimand to the host for causing such hassles on our special weekend.

Perfect Location

Communication with the host was seamless and easy. The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The location was perfect for visiting my daughter who lives just off the Georgia Tech campus, and the Japanese restaurant around the corner was outstanding. I would definitely book this property again.

ATL getaway

Overall everything was great. Location was great not to far from downtown and there’s tons of stuff to do around town. If your driving into town they do have a driveway. AC worked and Luiz responded quickly to any questions.

Lovely home

We had a perfect stay at this home with our family. Great midtown location, safe and convenient to all tourist attractions. Well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and linens. Easy check In and check out with a very accommodating owner! Only suggestion would be to provide a blow dryer as most travelers will assume there will be one. Thanks for a lovely vacation!
