Beautiful, great location

We were visiting Sarasota from Clearwater for a wedding and the stay was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed and accommodations were wonderful. Host was communicative and the stay was perfect. The apartment was very clean and beyond expectations.

Sarasota trip

The location was great. The place is very clean. It was just a 10 minute drive to any beach. We had dinner at Marenia Jack's and it was great. The bed was so comfy to. Will be back to stay.

Super Apartment!

Great location, very comfortable, fun electric scooters with helmets, condiments and snacks! We were there for a wedding on Longboat Key and it was 4 miles to the wedding and easy driving. We asked to extend the check out so we could kayak on Lido Key the last day and permission was graciously and quickly given! We loved our stay!!!!

Quick Trip/ Great Stay

The unit was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The only thing, I would recommend is a dead bolt on the inside, for additional security measures. Having the Starbucks next door was a major plus!! Thank you!!!

Nice new complex. Everything was as advertised. Close to downtown and the beaches! Very clean and all amenities we needed. Nice little touches for the holiday season. Lisa was a responsive host.

Last Second 30th Birthday

Sarasota is so spectacular. My stay here made it such an epic trip. My trip was very quick but Lisa made everything so accommodating and special. She was kind enough to leave me some birthday surprises. It is super clean and ample parking. It is also close to shopping, Turtle Beach, the aquarium and so many other great places. The communication throughout the stay was awesome. Hands down such a cost effective quaint place to stay!

Nice place - too noisy for us

The unit is nicely furnished and well-maintained. Unfortunately for us, the road noise from Tamiami Trail was too much for us and we had to relocate. When sharing our decision to move with the host, she retorted “The description says it’s on a busy road.” It actually describes it as a “Main Street,” which is far different than a major arterial. Fortunately, our subsequent hotel choice saved the visit for us. Considerably disappointed by the host’s attitude; won’t be using VRBO again!

Condo was clean and bright, but a lot of road noise. Need more hangers and clothing storage ie bigger dresser. Wish pool had been heated

Very pleasant

The property manager went above and beyond for our stay. I made a suggestion for traffic noise at night and not even a few hours later they showed up to the property and left a fan for us!Absolutely wonderful. It was beautiful and clean throughout. I cannot complain a single bit! Our first Vrbo rental and will definitely be going back!
