Beautiful vacation apartment with plenty of space to feel good

Located in a quiet suburb of Neuwied, this non-smoking apartment has been renovated in 2018. The next smaller shopping center can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by car., In each 10-15 minutes are in the nearby industrial area and also in a few minutes you reach the city center of Neuwied. With approx. 97 m² it offers a lot of space for 2 persons. A cot can be booked in consultation. The kitchen is well equipped; Incl. Microwave, coffee maker and toaster etc. A dining room, a living room and a guest toilet, where the washing machine is located on the ground floor of the apartment. Upstairs are the renovated bathroom (incl. Hairdryer), a large bedroom with double bed and a generous terrace. A parking space for the car is also available and bicycles can be parked in the garage.

Wirklich sehr gut
Ich habe im Rahmen eines Projekts mehrere Wochen in Neuwied verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, jedoch sind alle POI sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, es mangelt an nichts. Das Internet der Wohnung ist stabil und eignet sich hervorragend zum Arbeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Zeit zu schnell vergangen ist. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

De eigenaar ging na boeking zelf op vakantie dus inchecken ging niet vlot ter plaatse, buiten de buurvrouw was er wel iemand maar die begroette niet en stelde zich niet voor. Later had hij rare trekjes door te vertellen wat je niet mocht en bv je stoel van het terras voor je deur weghalen. Huisje was ruim en alles was er wel maar niet alles schoon. Omgeving is stil mits de buurman niet een nieuw dak ging maken, zagen boren, timmeren begon al op tijd. Balkon was jammer genoeg nogal saai. Al met al had het beter kunnen zijn, omgeving is wel mooi bij Koblenz en er is wel wat te beleven

Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz, ist schön hell, sehr sauber und warm. Die Ausstattung mit den hochwertigen Möbeln lässt keine Wünsche offen . Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt .

Eine Woche Heimaturlaub
Wir sind von dem Ferienhaus und auch von der Familie Hardt sehr begeistert. Ein netter und warmer Empfang, als wir ankamen und auch eine nette Verabschiedung. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Umgebung war gerade für unseren Hund ideal. Große Felder für ausgiebiges Heraumtoben und schöne Spaziergänge. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt die schönen Städte am Rhein zu besuchen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist geräumig, top-gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Das sehr nette Vermieter-Paar ist aufmerksam und kommunikativ aber nicht aufdringlich. In der Umgebung sind die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs schnell besorgt. Eine Gelegenheit in der Nähe, um den Urlaubstag bei einem guten Glas und einer Kleinigkeit zu Essen ausklingen zu lassen wäre noch nett gewesen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Vermieter half uns beim Gepäck! Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Die Küche komplett, wie zu Hause! Das Bad ist modern, äußerst sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig (eine Spielstraße). In der Nähe ein wunderbarer Obsthof mit vielem was man täglich braucht. In der Nähe ein DM-Markt, Aldi-Markt und Forellenzucht. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Es war wohnen wie zu Hause!

Ich hatte die Unterkunkt für Freunde gebucht , die zu Besuch kammen. Sie fanden die Umgebung sowie auch die Wohnung super und haben ihren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
