Hidden Gem looking at the Ocean. Avila is one of the best climates. We don't get the fog/wind/cold like neighboring cities. I love drinking coffee on the private deck listening and watching the Ocean.
Every water sport imaginable. You never have to drive. Golf, Wine tasting, brewery, stores, restaurants, hiking, biking, all within 1-3 blocks. Comfortable Condo with large TV and a deck with gorgeous views. Whale watching, fishing and more.

Didn’t measure up to the price, even for a holiday weekend

Staying at Alesia’s place felt more like staying at a friend’s house who’s on a trip than a vacation rental. Overall, you can’t beat the location and the house was mostly clean. However, there were so many personal items that it made it difficult to get comfortable.

Great place at Avila

Overall what a great location at Avila Beach. Perfect place for a couple's getaway. Plenty of movies if the internet goes down.

Avila Beach Get Away

Great place and location. Owner was quick to respond. Only downside was the furniture, couch was pretty hard and there was no soft comfortable chair for lounging. The Kerrigan coffee maker seriously needs to be descaled. Would stay again for sure if these two items were addressed. Our bed was awesome!!!
