The home sleeps up to 12 and hosts up to 16 during the day (must get approval beforehand)
► ONE MASTER-BEDROOM Suite with two queen size beds (pillow top mattress)
► TWO BEDROOMS both with a Full/Twin Trundle (pullout beds) that can comfortably sleep 3 people in each room. Plenty of space for luggage.
► LIVING ROOM has a long couch a daybed, and a twi-size rollaway bed that is stored in a closet (extra pillows/blankets provided)
►All bathrooms are fully remodeled. Baby tub provided !
► MOVIE THEATER ROOM (garage converted therefore no insulation but blankets are provided to keep you warm) with a convertible futon. Southern California normally has comfortable weather throughout the year
► Fairytale-like Green House for your gatherings and beautiful pictures, enjoy a tea party at sunset or dinner in the evening under the starlight
❣ Kids/babies friendly: stroller, highchair, baby bathtub, baby carrier, pack-n-play provided
❣ Entertainment: both the Smart TV & Projector have Amazon fire sticks which allows access to apps like Netflix, Disney Plus, Youtube, Prime Video, Hulu, and many more
❣Bounce house (with heavy duty blower) available for rent at $60 per stay, prepared upon request at *time of booking*
