About this property
Villa Ella - the perfect place for a relaxing holiday near Dubrovnik
The typical Dalmatian stone house renovated in 2016 is in the little village Sudurad near Dubrovnik, in quiet surroundings and in the privacy of a beautiful garden with a wealth of olive and fruit trees.
With 230m² of total living space, this three-storey house can accommodate ten guests. The five modern and tastefully furnished bedrooms have double and single beds, whereby three of the rooms have their bathroom, and the two other rooms share a bathroom on the same floor. The light living room with its cosy sitting corner and big dining table invites you to enjoy pleasant gatherings and to enjoy Mediterranean dishes prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. This concealed private holiday house has air conditioning throughout and wireless Internet access.
The extensive 7300m² garden flooded with sunlight, terraces with seating and loungers, an attractive infinity pool (12 x 3.6m), and a separate grill area make the villa ideal for maximum relaxation and leisure. In addition, there is ample parking space by the house.
A comprehensive range of free services is offered, including the use of a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning and Internet. A cot can also be provided.
The beach is about 2500 metres away. It is about the same distance as the little centre with its restaurants and market. There is a little grocery shop in Sudurad, 2500 metres from the house. You can find a larger grocery shop in Sipanska Lika 5km away. The island Sipan is the most beautiful of the Elafiti, a green oasis, with three renaissance villas and many churches, chapels and country estates, a true gem of the cultural and historical heritage.
The good connections by ferry, boat or taxi boat to Dubrovnik just nine nautical miles away is also especially advantageous. Dubrovnik is definitely worth a visit. The town is one of the best-known travel destinations in the Mediterranean region and has been on the UNESCO world cultural heritage list since 1979.
