MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT and we will require a Government Issued ID at the time of booking from the primary renter.
*** Please note that if you are driving and will have a car, that this unit (like all others in the building) has only one parking space. As of 4/4/2022, there is a parking lot across the street where you may arrange to park for a daily fee. Absolutely no smoking, grilling or pets on the premises.
