This was the second time we have stayed at this house - it's super clean, beds are comfortable, great fenced in yard and in a great location. We will definitely be staying here again!
This property had zero curb appeal. If not for the fenced back yard I would have kept looking. It was adaquately furnished, but clearly set up for short stays. Couch is butt sprung and foam mattresses were hot. Both bathrooms need fixture replacement. Hosts were responsive, but check in was a nightmare - we were given the wrong code. We've had better experiences at many other rentals.
We had a great stay at the house this weekend. Great location, very clean, very comfortable beds! Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and Kevin was great to work with. We have already booked it for our next visit!!
My husband had a conference nearby so we booked a stay at this lovely home. It had everything we needed and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still fairly convenient to restaurants. We also had our dog with us so loved the fenced in backyard.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We had a great stay. The house was open and roomy with access to a fenced back yard. Responses to questions were timely and informative. We would definitely stay here again.
We were very impressed by how nice the house was on the inside. (The outside needs some curb appeal ) beds were completely comfortable. No complaints!!
Myself and two co-workers stayed in the property for High Point market, most of the house was clean, but the bathrooms weren't great. The location wasn't a bad drive to the showroom every day but it's off the main road. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed.
The inside of the house was bigger and better than the pictures looked. Everything was comfortable. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there was no icemaker. We had a great stay!
Property in a nice neighborhood and everything was as expected!

Not As Expected
I will not book this property again or recommend it to others. It is below average at best, and I totally do not understand the average "Exceptional" rating shown on VRBO. There was a strong odor/stench in the house, the living room furniture is shot, and several slats were broken on the blinds in the primary bedroom. The location is okay, but the driveway is hard to find after dark.
We stayed in Kevin's property for a week, and are so glad we found it. It's very roomy and tidy. My boys shared a room and my girls shared a room. My girls each like their own bed, and there was more than enough room to add a twin air bed for one of them. The living room was comfy and we enjoyed some tv during our downtime. Kevin was ultra-responsive. It was a chilly week so we didn't go outside but there is a nice patio and back yard. Thanks!
The microwave was unusable . It was not just that it was dirty it was corroded and rusty and peeling inside. We were given 4 towels when you could sleep six here. Little things like the kitchen sponge being filthy and ripped up with no replacements. We had to purchase sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, shampoo and laundry items. Otherwise location was great, house was comfortable and clean
Originally from NY, but I have lived in the Triad since 2000. My wife and I have raised our 4 children in Kernersville, and I am a Broker/Owner of two local real estate companies as well as being licensed and actively selling real estate in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area of South Florida. My daughter and wife work on my team in NC and I travel back and forth for clients in NC and FL. My wife and I are also fluent in American Sign Language for the Deaf. We have always enjoyed entertaining and hosting friends and family and have turned several of our long-term rental properties into short term rentals to accommodate those who enjoy travel but would like the feel at home vs. hotel experience as we do. We hope you enjoy your stay!
