The house is situated in a new built Mediterranean styled complex directly at the lagoon of Gruissan. Only the pedestrian promenade separates the holiday complex from the beach of the lagoon. Because of the popular traffic free area the house is perfectly good for families with children. Two big wing-doors lead to a big sunny terrace. The terrace is southwards located and surrounded by a wall with greenery in front. On the property besides the house is a parking place for the car. On the ground floor are a spacious kitchen and living room, a separate bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. On the first floor are a big bedroom with two beds (parents), a bedroom with a bunk-bed (2 children) and a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. The house is fully air conditioned. Dogs are permitted, except in the bedrooms. Two cots are also at disposal. The house is furnished suitably and is well equipped: Internet, Telephone, TV Sat, Big flat screen, DVD, Dishwasher, Washing machine, large refrigerator (300 liters)...

Une très belle location tout confort!

Une très belle location où rien ne manque. La climatisation apporte un réel plus à cette maison très confortable. La situation est idéale, avec la plage du Grazel mais aussi l' étang de Mateille tout proche. De bien belles vacances..

Ein Tolles Haus!

Das Haus war für uns drei optimal. Durch die 3 Zimmer hatte jeder die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. In der ersten Woche bei täglich über 35°C war die Klimaanlage ein gerne genutzter Luxusartikel. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war, dass wir trotz vorheriger Absprache nicht schon um 14:00 Uhr in das Haus konnten. Nach 11 Stunden Fahrt war das nicht so prickelnd. Alles in allem 5 Sterne.

Haus in super Lage

Wir haben mit unseren Vierbeinern einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht, super Lage, fast direkt am Wasser, und auch der Ort ganz nah. Das Haus ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet, die Küche mit hohem Niveau, alles da, was man braucht. Vielen Dank

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Ein schön gelegenes, komfortabeles und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Nur wenige Meter bis zur Strandpromenade. Küchenausstattung perfekt mit Induktionsherd und großem Kühlschrank. Äußerst bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer.

Absolut klasse Urlaub

Dieses Haus und der Ferienort sind einfach fantastisch. Von Anfang an haben wir uns in Gruissan wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist der Hammer.....alles top modern und mehr als ausreicend für eine Familie. Wir hatten Ruhe auf der Terasse und nur 2min zu Fuß zur Lagune. Auch der Hafen und die Restaurants sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Strand am Meer ist der Hammer... Wir kommen in ein paar Jahren bestimmt wieder hier her. Gesamturteil: Extraklasse!

comfortable cozy house near the promenade and lagune

The house is clean and very well maintained. The floor plan is very conveniently divided - ideal for 6 people. The comfortable TV chairs invite you to relax. The terrace is facing south, so that you have sun all day and protection against the sometimes strong SW wind. We can fully recommend the house and would rent it again

Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: die Küche ist reichlich und sinnvoll ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Betten und ausreichend Platz in Schrank und Kommoden, die Sitzecke hat total bequeme Relax-Sessel, der Esstisch ist schön groß und hat auch bequeme Stühle. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr praktisch. Da der Lagunenstrand und der "richtige" Strand fußläufig gut zu erreichen waren, konnten unsere Teenager jederzeit auch alleine zum Strand gehen. Je nach Wetterlage hört man die Ansagen und die Musik des Freizeitparks mehr oder weniger laut. Manchmal hat das etwas genervt, aber wir konnten trotzdem immer gut schlafen. In direkter Nähe zum Haus gab es ca. 10 öffentliche Parkplätze. Da wir mit zwei Autos da waren, fanden wir es sehr praktisch, dass auch das zweite Auto immer gut abgestellt war. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr angenehm und nett. Wenn wir nochmal in dieser Region Urlaub machen, werden wir sicher gerne wieder dieses Ferienhaus buchen.

Gepflegtes Haus, Top Lage.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Das Raumangebot war für uns -vier Erwachsene + eine kleine Münsterländerin - mehr als ausreichend. Auch die Lage war optimal. Es war eine sehr schöne (viel zu kurze) Woche.

Uitstekend

Zeer complete woning, met parkeergelegenheid voor de auto, ruim voldoende ruimte in de woning, van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs vaatwasser en wasmachine, perfecte wifi (ideaal voor gezinnen met pubers!), complete keuken met alle apparatuur, ruim voldoende bestek, servies, etc. Een nadeel: geen airco. Ideale ligging: vlakbij een etange met strand (10 minuten lopen) en iets verder lopen (20 minuten) de middellandse zee (met zeer breed strand). Weinig toeristen in Gruissan, een echte vakantie tussen de Franse bewoners! Gruissan in een leuk dorp: oud centrum, leuke haven met pleziervaartuigen en veel restaurantjes, leuk gedeelte met paalwoningen (aan het strand) en flamingo's!

Toller Urlaub für die ganze Famlie

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Wohnung Urlaub gemacht. Sehr gute Infos vorab, netter Empfang durch den Verwalter, gute Ausstattung, großer Kühlschrank / Fernseher, WLAN etc.. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Bewachter Strand um die Ecke. Toll für kleine Kinder, flaches Wasser. Zahlreiche Sportmöglichkeiten Kiten, Tauchen, Surfen... Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus - schöner Urlaub

-Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet. -Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und die Kommunikation über Telefon und Mail mit den Vermietern war immer sehr angenehm! - Der Preis für zwei Wochen war doch sehr hoch, was aber in der Umgebung zur Hochsaison üblich ist und uns bekannt war. - Leider war kein feststehender, sondern nur ein kleiner Elektro-Grill vorhanden. Das fanden wir schade. - Je nachdem wie der Wind stand, hörte man abends und nachts die Geräusche von Pirat Parc und Disko. - Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub!

Urlaub in Südwestfrankreich im Frühling

Das Ferienhaus ist unerwähnt eine Doppelhaushälfte, welches von den Bildern her sehr einladend wirkt. Wir haben uns einigermaßen wohlgefühlt. Allerdings ist das Haus hellhörig und insbesondere als Reihenhaus war dies zum Nachbarn hin störend. Da es im Frühjahr etwas kühler ist, ist die preislich, personenunabhängige Begrenzung des Energieverbrauchs von 25 KW für 7 Tage schon ein Hohn bei einer Elektroheizung. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses in Ordnung.

Schöner Mittelmeer-Urlaub mit der Familie

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Gruppe von Häusern relativ ruhig .Trotzdem hat man es nicht weit zu Strand, Ortskern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist praktisch und einladend eingerichtet. Wenn jetzt die Küchenausstattung noch etwas üppiger und ansprechender gewesen wäre und wir noch eine Waschmaschine gehabt hätten, wäre es noch besser gewesen. Vor allem die Betreuung vor Ort war gut (deutschsprachig, freundlich u. hilfsbereit). Wir würden das Haus sicher nochmal buchen.
