Die gemütlich eigerichtete Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten auf der Lindauer Insel. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 5 Personen ausgestattet. Vom kleinen Schlafzimmer aus sieht man zum zauberhaften Lindauer Diebsturm. In 3 Minuten erreicht man den Hafen und Bahnhof, sowie die Fußgängerzone. Ein Lebensmittelmarkt befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden.
Unsere märchenhaft eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist circa. 75 qm groß und bietet Platz für maximal 5 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Eines davon für 2 Personen mit Himmelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Hier kann, wenn nötig, ein drittes Bett dazugestellt werden. Ein Kinderbett ist bei Bedarf möglich. Im Himmelbettschlafzimmer befindet sich eine kleine Sitzecke mit Fernseher und BluRay-Player. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit einem Elektroherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einer Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, sowie einer Mikrowelle. Geschirrtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Küche befindet sich ein Essbereich.
