The apartment is located very quiet on the edge of the forest, 50 m from the hiking trails as well as the ski slope with ski lift and the beginning of the trails. The village center with shops, restaurants, spa park and ice rink can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

In the living area is a cozy Eckmultifunktionssofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, cabinet wall CD player with radio and flat screen TV incl. DVD. In the dining area you will find a dining table and 6 chairs, a new kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Free WIFI
A bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers and flat screen TVs. Bathroom with shower and Toilet. Storeroom.

The house belonging to the house with showers and toilet is also located on the ground floor. The water temperature is 26-28 degrees C throughout the year. A laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and drying room is available on the ground floor. Toboggans and skis / snowboards can be parked in the ski room. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge.

Bed linen and towels are available on request per person per week for € 15, -. Travel cot, high chair and toboggan sled are available free of charge.
