Vollbewirtschafteter Bauernhof in Alleinlage, direkt an der Alz mit eigenem Badesteg. Gartenhaus mit Freisitz und Grill. Spielplatz mit Geräten vorhanden, großes Trampolin. Viel Platz zum spielen und toben. Im Winter sind die Chiemgauer Skigebiete nicht weit entfernt (ca. 25 km). Eislaufen auf Natureis am Seeoner See und am Chiemsee je nach Wetterlage möglich. Winterwanderungen direkt ab unserem Hof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 2 km Entfernung. Milch, Eier und Marmelade gibt es direkt ab Hof.
