Had an incredible three night stay. The place is very welcoming and has all the necessities. We were able to cook a few meals at home and spent a lot of time outside.
We were here for a cheer competition. Booked it a week before and the pricing was the best I had seen for similar size house. House was very clean and modernized. The bed was very comfortable. The background is huge but it was too cold to enjoy the amenities at night. Located in a very quiet neighborhood.
We had a great time, overall. Lots of room to move around. Especially the back yard. So much fun to hang out and take in the sun. Nice view of the mountains. At night you can see a lot of stars. Which i enjoy looking up at night.
Could have use a binder with information about the house and surrounding area. Did have to ask to get pool heated a few times.
Would stay again
Beautiful property and manager was very sweet answering all our question.
The house is perfect for a family. We stay there in a raining days and we still enjoy the pool and spa with the heater on. Neighborhood is very quiet for a relax time and no stress!!! We really love it. All the house equipment work very good.
Booked this house for a mini vacation and my friends and I both agreed that the house is beautiful and we would stay at this house again. The accuracy of online listing is spot on! The host, Mariana, is very accommodating, has amazing hospitality, and very easy to communicate with. Thanks again, Mariana!

Beautiful Mid-Century Home
Very clean and beautiful mid-century home. It features all of the creature comforts. I did state that it had three bathrooms but it only has two. Owner very responsible and accommodating. The only downside is that the property is not particularly close to downtown Palm Springs.
We would stay again.
My husband and I stayed at this property for a family getaway! It was the perfect place to unwind! The property is completely gated and in a quiet neighborhood! The pool was awesome! The house has great amenities and everything was very clean! It was a great trip! We really appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog to enjoy the fun with us!
One downside to the property is there is no binder for the property itself and there isn’t much info on VRBO as far as using the amenities. Most other vrbo and Other rental properties I’ve stayed at have a binder with info on checking in/checking out and how to use the amenities at the house along with when the gardener/pool guy/trash . It would have been nice to know when to expect the gardener, the pool guy, and the trash. The property is completely gated so we were surprised when they showed up as we were laying out by the pool.
Aside from this minor fix, I wouldrecommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing getaway with the family!
Pool was amazing, outdoor space was amazing. Beds comfortable, tv easy to use, the gate was problematic the whole trip, the water filter beeped every time you used the refrigerator, the security alarm beeped from low battery. It’s a great layout, amazing outdoor space, but low towels and that gate. It was a problem every day. We had help the first day and subsequent days the manager would say… did you read the instructions? Well of course I did. We had to reset it multiple times. It seems the magnet is problematic Again, great layout and pool but a few challenges. Minus the gate, I would stay again! Bought some kitchen towels as the kitchen isn’t very well stocked. And not very many bath towels.

My stay
Upon arriving at the property the code for the main gate worked just fine. I followed the instruction for the parking gate in which the fobs were not where the instruction guided(on the counter top). The parking gate did not open once we loctated the fobs where someone previously had places them near the livingroom tv. I contacted the property manager in which i didnt recieve a response until the day I was scheduled to leave.. stating she'd been having issues with VRBO messaging, but i also called twice with no answer. The beds were confortable, rooms were clean. The only two issues i had was not knowing someone had the gate information and entered the property to remove the trash cans, and the cactus at the volleyball area (wierd place to place them). My children were very nervous about that stranger situation. I was aware of the pool person coming in but not so early in which was a little inconvenient due to my kids wanting to enjoy the last morning at the pool. Sucks but understood. The house location was amazing because I didn't have to worry about neighbors. Only when we arrived there was a few suspicious neighbors watching us as we had to park on the street and unload our belongings. Overall great house and very cozy. Will i stay again? Maybe. But i'll definitely refer others.

Nice House but all amenities did not work
While the property itself is nice, all the amenities were not working. The hot tub, fireplace & mister system all did not work at all. The gate and its remotes were not functioning properly normally taking 5-10 minutes to open with manual assistance.
The property manager was called upon arrival, as the initial code given did not open the gate. Upon calling the PM she insisted it was the right code, it was not (it was the code for the front door). Housekeeping was there and gave us the correct code. There was also no instruction on how to open the front door, with the other code. The property manager was once again called, and was not very friendly telling me the code absolutely worked, but never actual told me the code on the phone. The lock required turning, which she did not tell us until my 3rd call. Due to this, I chose to communicate via the vrbo app VS calling her and being treated badly.
The property manager was sent several notes via vrbo app, after 2 days, a response telling us she never received them. She was not courteous and blamed me for not calling her, as if I knew she was not ignoring my requests after being short with me upon arrival. She kept repeating the PM's 95% responsive rate and sent me the screen shots of her communication with vrbo, but did nothing to rectify the situation during our stay. So that 5% non-response, the rude communications and not being able to enjoy all the amenities we paid for are why I would not recommend this property to others.
We had so much fun at this house. The pool and yard are just amazing. We got to bring the whole family and everyone was so comfortable. The host was the best and so so accommodating. We will be back for sure!
The property was very nice and appeared to be newly renovated. Accomodations were very nice and we would definately stay again. The only critisims were:
- would have like to have been located closer to the main part of town, quite a drive to access the local activities and Uber/Lyft was at least $30.00 one way.
- remote for master bedroom ceiling fan did not work, battery probably needed replaced.
- over all it was clean but there was a lot of built up dirt under the refrigerator that kept blowing out.
- one of the kitchen cabinets had a broken hinge.
- kitchen disposal needed replaced, very loud and did not sound right.
- should have been a property binder with information regarding instructions for the ammenities, pool, TV, etc.
Again, very nice property and would definitely stay again.
