The property is well maintained, clean, easy to access and close to the mountains. Great views and a wonderful neighborhood for walking/biking. Will definitely stay again!
This place was perfect for our family visit. Close to everything and a great place to hang out when we didn’t feel like going out. Owner was excellent on communicating! Would definitely stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully situated with stunning views. While the house has a couple of quirks, it’s spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful as well. Would highly recommend!
Very conveniently located. Twin beds need replacement; otherwise beds were comfy. Super clean. Hot tub with Mountain View made for a wonderful last morning. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
If you’re staying in Albuquerque this is the place to stay. Perfect for a family gathering. Incredible views of the mountains during the day, amazing view of the city lights out in the distance at night! Lots of daylight in the house too. A great overall experience!
This was our second stay at this property. Overall, it fulfilled our needs and was a comfortable place so stay. We have noticed some items that became annoying- the kitchen faucet is broken with only the sprayer function that works. Another item is the landscaping- several tree limbs hang down low/block the house entry path. The location was our main reason for staying, and will look to staying again when visiting Albuquerque.
This place, aesthetically, was as the pictures showed inside. But the first day there was a full mousetrap in the kitchen which derailed our plans to use the kitchen. I understand that we are in a more rural area and there is wildlife, but I prefer it outside unless I am camping. Other than this incident, the accommodations were spacious and held our family gatherings.
We had a wonderful family stay during the annual fiesta event. Balloon viewing from the kitchen window and just outside the front gate was fantastic. Location close to the Sandia tram was also a great plus. All appliances and entertainment equipment worked perfectly - a rarity in a VRBO home.
Very private bedroom layout with two suites at opposite ends of the home, and wonderfully comfy beds. Overall just a great stay that I’d recommend to anyone!
The home is beautiful and with a floorplan that allows for privacy. There are two primary suites at opposite ends of the home. The home is in a convenient location, yet quiet and private, backing to buffalo grazing land. The views of the Sandias are quite stunning. The owner is very responsive.
We are a family 4 and needed a safe, comfortable place to stay to tour around NM on spring break. The house was great - good layout, plenty of room, large family room, hot tub and pool (not open yet) and backs up to a buffalo sanctuary, which was super cool. (We saw them coming in!). Beds were comfy and the house was clean, except for a bug or two and a few cob webs, which I'm guessing may be unavoidable. We would stay here again for sure! And our host was phenomenal and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. Great stay!!!!
Nice house, it was neat and clean, with plenty of room for a family of 5. Almost everything was provided. The pool has dark tiles so it’s heated by the sun which is a nice feature. There was a sunroom and a patio to lounge in as well as an outdoor dining area with a grill. Great house in northeast Albuquerque.
Went to check in, couldn't get in. Walked around yard and we were in disbelief, critters, holes everywhere you looked for mice, rats, snakes, weeds waist high, garbage, filth. Green slime mixed with piles of pine needles on pool cover. Black mold on hot tub cover and the smell hurts your nose. Couldn't nor wouldn't stay with Grandson with kidney disease, owner accused us of lying about our Grandsons condition. Owner promised refund and only gave partial payment. Charged us $300 for cleaning and we never stepped in the house. People that rented after had a nice mouse mess in the kitchen to only prove our story. BEWARE DON'T RENT THIS HOUSE!!!

I paid in April before description listed "Pros and Cons" and pictures of whole backyard.
1of the 2 suite king master beds was 100% unacceptable so we slept on twin beds while our guests used the other master.
There was no guidebook or website on how things work in the house or where things were located.
Amenities were minimal.
Telling me I will be given instructions on how to clean the pool cover is not how you treat a paying guest, especially after telling me that you have had guests for the last three weeks. Maybe coming and treating the pool and hot tub water might be in order?
Our friends were invited for the week. We stayed the initial night and booked the Sandia Resort for the remainder of the trip.
We have stayed at other houses in ABQ and thought we were knew right questions to ask etc. That's on us.
Our family (including our 2 kids under 12) enjoyed staying here over a long weekend. The house is wonderfully laid out for a family (and would work well for two couples, as well) and has been tastefully updated and decorated. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and dining outdoors by the grill. The mountain view from the pool area is beautiful, and on our first night there we saw bison grazing not too far away. The home is situated on a large lot and backs up to open land, so it offers privacy, which we appreciated. David made check-in/check-out very easy. We hope to return next time we're in Albuquerque!
This was a great, cozy place to stay! The house is nice and has everything you need. The host responds quickly and is helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this house.
