Dirty Upon Arrival for 2nd Time
I stayed here last week and the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests. However, Kaelyn responded quickly and moved me to a different unit. Because of this, I decided to give her another shot and booked to stay here this week as well. Well, that was a HUGE mistake. Upon arrival, my unit had not been cleaned AGAIN and this time I couldn’t get in touch with Kaelyn. I arrived at 5:30pm and had appointments beginning at 6am on Monday so I wanted to have a nice relaxing even and go to bed early. After not hearing from Kaelyn after several messages on VRBO, calling and texting, I contacted customer support to help. Kaelyn finally responded 2 hours later stating that she didn’t have any available units and couldn’t get someone to come clean and she offered a full refund. I confirmed that I would like a refund and that I was going to book somewhere else to stay. Then, a few hours later she tried to get someone to come clean the place and then kept sending me messages as if I was staying there (like “We hope you are enjoying your stay.” and checkout instructions). She never canceled my reservation nor did she provide a refund. VRBO and Chase had to get involved in order for me to obtain my refund.
