Once a large working boat yard on the Kennebunk River, it has been transformed into 6 condos, each with its own nautical character. The views of the river and of the bridge into town make a peaceful backdrop for your vacation stay. Relaxing on the 4 season porch with the Jotel gas stove is cozy in winter, and bright and airy in summer. A short walk to the restaurants and shops at Dock Square, and only a mile to the Beach! Cannot wait to stay here again

This is the perfect location to experience Kennebunkport. An easy walk to dock square, coffee, restaurants. The condo is very comfortable with a beautiful sunrise view of the river and dock square. This was our second stay and we hope for many more.

FANTASTIC!

Our family of 5 ( including a 94 year old) couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay in Kennebunkport. The house was absolutely perfect, not to mention gorgeous, and the location could not be beat ! The house had everything you could ever want and the attention to detail was amazing! We are already planning a return visit !

This home was well stocked w/ everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings were clean, comfortable and pretty. The home is within walking distance to town so all restaurants and shopping were easily accessible. Very enjoyable stay.

Great Condo and Location!

Condo was clean, well equipped and perfect location. Only about a 3 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Owner was available as needed and communication was great. We hope to stay again in the future!

Delightful Stay in Kennebunk

We very much enjoyed Mary’s condo in Kennebunk. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Also the fact it sits over the water made morning coffee that much more sweet! Mary was always available and so so helpful. We would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Kennebunkport. Great location! Teens loved fishing, lobstering, and walking into town for ice cream and lobster rolls. 3 min walk and you’re in the heart of the village!

Magical Holiday Getaway

The Boatyard was the ideal location for our Christmas celebration with its panoramic view of the village of Kennebunkport all decked out for the holidays. In addition the village was a short 5 minute walk to enjoy the festive atmosphere. The condo itself was great with an ideal layout, an incredibly well equipped kitchen, even for preparing an elaborate holiday meal and super comfortable, quiet bedrooms.

Amazing Place

We had an excellent stay here. The place is immaculate, well supplied with everything. Great kitchen and the enclosed porch (with a stellar view) is a real highlight. It's actually very spacious, more so than the pictures show. Super easy walking to restaurants/shops (both on the Kennebunk and Kennebunkport sides of the bridge). Highly recommend!

Location Location Location

This is a stunning property. The views across the water wake you up in the morning and the evening lights take the edge off the day Nothing missing that one could want or need. Very well stocked, clean, and oh so conveniently located. The only reason we needed a car was to go explore outside of town. Everything else just steps away. Everything worked and there was even a wine cooler there. Adding to that nice glasses, tasteful quality dishes and plenty of games. We will stay here again and again. Thank you Mary

Relaxing and roomy

My wife and I spent 5 days enjoying Maine and Mary’s Vrbo was the perfect spot to come home to each day. One thing that always concerns me about committing to multiple nights is the chance we may have beds that are uncomfortable leading to misery. That was not the case here. The beds were super and we rested well every night. Mary was a very responsive host and checked in after we arrived to make sure we didn’t have questions. We would stay here again

Everything and more!

My turn to plan the girlfriends trip to a surprise location. We couldn't have been happier! What a beautiful building and exceptional condo. Walk one block and the shopping, eating and drinking starts. Just a short drive to hiking and walking. Kennebunkport is a beautiful part of Maine!

Steps away from everything

The property was immaculate, which is high praise coming from my wife. The sunrise from the four seasons room is stunning, makes you want to get up early. We could get up, take a short stroll to every great coffee shop in town. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. We hope Mary will have us back.

Perfect central location, Amazing floor plan

Mary’s property was immaculate. The floor plan was perfect for our kids and grandparents who joined. The full length glass on two sides overlooking the bay had 2 sliding glass doors with screens and French balcony (for kiddo security) and allowed fresh air and sounds of birds in morning. The porch had another 2 sliding glass doors separating it from living/dining/kitchen. Then off the kitchen the two larges bedrooms were separated by double doors for more sound isolation when needed in morning or evening. Furniture and finishings were in excellent condition. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Why they chose this property

Kennebunkport is a wonderful village on the coast of Maine, with terrific shops and restaurants, as well as proximity to a number of docks where captains of deep sea fishing vessels can take guests for adventures. There are beaches of all sorts close by, and shops with crafts and artwork galore!
