Easy commute to all parts of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho thru I25/I40 Loads of shopping nearby. Grocery about 0.5 miles away - Walmart, Trader Joes, Walgreens, Istanbul Cafe etc Large fenced backyard. Free parking.
