Beautiful Waterfront Home- large dock, huge patio, close to the springs!

Welcome to your river paradise! Our 3/2 home is located less than a half-mile away from the beautiful Homosassa springs, by water. Whether you chose to fish off the private dock, snorkel for scallops, or kayak to the springs, there are endless opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the river from our home. This house was completely updated with no expense spared and has everything you need to make the most of your vacation. Plenty of towels and all 100% cotton sheets, with many extras and different fill pillows. You will be drawn to the outdoor living space which features an oversized screened in patio with plenty of seating, a separate outdoor dining table for 6, and an outdoor TV. There is also a large dock for multiple boats, four kayaks for guests’ use, a separate game-room with a pool table and ping pong table, and lots of outdoor games and accessories, and a fully outfitted fish cleaning station.

15 minute drive to Cabot Citrus Farms golf course!

The Home

The home features three bedrooms, two baths, a private outdoor shower, and an air-conditioned garage, which has been converted to a game room.

The master has a king size bed and en suite bath with dual sinks and shower heads. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk with a full mattress on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle.

There are 5 smart TVs throughout the house which have access to Hulu live and Disney plus.

The air-conditioned garage features a pool table and ping pong table.

Outdoors

Outdoors you will find a spacious outdoor screened in patio to enjoy bug-free sunsets. There is a covered dining table, plenty of seating and an outdoor smart TV. Beyond the screened in porch, you will find a fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, and large yards on both sides of the house. The home also has a brand new large dock to dock your boat (the boat on lift is for owner use only). No bridges to the spring or the Gulf and minutes to the several local ramps.

Guests will also have access to the propane grill, coolers, four kayaks, cornhole, ladder toss, bucket toss, fishing gear, and various floats for the springs.

This is a residential neighborhood with great neighbors, please no loud music late at night, parties or smoking on any part of the property. Discounts for longer stays and monthly rentals. Only one trailer allowed in the driveway. If you smoke in or around the property or bring an unauthorized pet a fee of $500 will be assessed.

Gorgeous Home

This comfortable home was perfect for our Labor Day weekend getaway. We spent a lot of time on the spacious outdoor patio and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for simple meals. Erin was easy to work with and a great communicator. Definitely considering this property for our next trip to Homosassa.

2nd Year in a Row - Hope to Have the Place Again Next Year

I’ve stayed in several properties over the better part of the past decade for scalloping season; this place was the first that my family and I used twice, and consecutively at that. The property has great amenities and the owner takes care to consider the smallest of details for an easy stay, such as an abundance of towels, kitchenware, shower and toiletry items, etc. This all makes for a great place in and of itself, but for me, the best aspect is that it’s perfectly situated for simple boat access to/from the river and Gulf; additionally, the place is outfitted nicely for other river fun with kayaks and paddle boards. We had another great family trip this year and we hope to have the chance to stay here again next year.

Perfect House with a perfect location!

House is beautiful and fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your time in Homosassa. Plenty of room for two families. Kids loved all the games. Room for our 2 small boats. Would love to book again!

Amazing Property

All I can say is WOW!! This property is EXACTLY as advertised. We have stayed in Homosassa every year for 7 years. This home is by far the absolute best. The layout is perfect for families or just a group of friends. Spacious, up to date, extremely clean and EVERYTHING works!!! There’s a pool table, ping pong table, TV’s in every room, floats for the springs, life jackets, a kids pool, toys and even a working ice maker to make it easy to load your coolers. The back screened patio is very spacious with comfortable patio couches and chairs with ottomans. Communication with Erin, the owner was fantastic from start to finish. We are already booking this home next scallop season. 10 Stars!!!!! I highly recommend this place.

Homosassa getaway

Great stay in Homosassa for a weekend getaway with our friends. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked including spices. There were several amenities that we did not have the time to take advantage of, but we did appreciate and use the ice machine to fill our cooler. We brought our pontoon boat and there was easy access to a well maintained dock in the back yard. Also easy communication with the host! We hope to stay here again!

Amazing house

We kayaked the springs in the morning as a family and had breakfast around the beautiful island in the kitchen. Just the weekend we needed! Can’t recommended this house enough. We will be back.

Amazing

We booked a girls trip to (hopefully) paddle to see manatees. It was cold and nonstop drizzling rain the first two days there, but the house was so nice for just hanging out and chatting we didn't even mind the rain that much. The outside/covered porch area is so spacious, the pool table/ping pong is fun, and the seating is super comfortable. The best part of the house is that the beds were actually comfortable! This is my 5th visit to the area, and the first house with comfortable beds. The location cannot be beat. It's a very short paddle to the state park. We saw dozens and dozens of manatees. If I had any complaint at all it would be that the stove and oven are not super intuitive to work.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at the house. We were able to launch our kayaks right there and the screened in patio is where we hung out the most. Erin dropped off a basket of goodies for us which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again. There were several nice restaurants just right down the street and the neighborhood was very quiet. There’s a short kayak ride to the park where you can see the manatee and plenty of turtles. Thanks for the great stay.

The house was like brand new, super clean, lots of games/pool table/ping pong, stocked kitchen, great screened area and easy paddle to Homosassa Park. The owners communicated well and took good are of us. :)

Beautiful house with great amenities

Our first family visit to Homosassa and we could not have picked a better place. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. It has a great screened in patio with a dock on a quiet canal just two minutes away from Homosassa Spring. Other amenities included an ice machine, kayaks, floats for the river, pool table and even games for the kids. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome spot in Sassa

We had such a great time in Homosassa during scalloping season at Erin’s property! She was quick to reply and found my sons phone when we left it. Quick boat ride to the springs and to popular restaurants on the water. Perfect for a boat of really any size, we had a flats boat. A hot tub would have been the cherry on top after scalloping all day 😆 but does NOT go against the rating on the quality of the stay whatsoever! Would definitely recommend Erin’s place to anyone looking for a great place in Sassa!

Amazing!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a great one. We absolutely loved it! The house is amazing and had everything we needed for the stay. Prefect location - close to springs and restaurants. Ice machine on site was also a huge plus for filling up coolers before heading out on the boat. Ping pong/pool table in garage, fishing poles, floats, life jackets, and a welcome basket for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Family Away Weekend

We had a great long weekend at this location with daughter and her husband with two very young grand children. The house fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. The house is beautiful, better than the pictures. The location is great with easy access to the entire area. Everything is close. We had a pontoon boat for a couple of the days and the dock was perfect. Very close to springs and restaurants by boat. Erin was very easy to deal with and very helpful. The house has everything plus!! We will be back. The lawn was very nice as was everything. I almost hate to give this review because now it might be to busy to rent again.

Great location and an amazing home!

Stayed here this past Memorial Day weekend. House was very clean and had a great set up! Very close to the spring by boat and the home was well maintained. Definitely a repeat spot to stay!

We love the neighborhood for its close proximity to the Homosassa Springs. The neighborhood also has wide, deep-water canals which are perfect for accommodating almost any size boat.

What makes this property unique

Our house is completely updated, inside and out. We also have an extra large enclosed patio and a very large dock to fit multiple boats. The separate game room is a very popular amenity along with our industrial ice machine for all of your fishing and scalloping needs.
