Casa di Napolitano 2nd

We rent a 1 room attic apartment near the lake.

The apartment is modern and newly furnished. The living room and kitchen are bright and open and have access to the balcony with a wonderful view. From there you can even see a piece of Lake Constance.

The bathroom has a shower.

The whole apartment is oriented to the south-west. A carport is also available.

The apartment has wifi.

A few minutes' walk to Lake Constance and the lido.

With two motorway connections to the B33 / A81 / A98, Markelfingen is just as good by car

achieve as with the Seehaas.

Unterkunft Markelfingen
Positiv: - Lage (nah am See und zentral zwischen den Städten ringsum) - nette Vermieterin (Kontakt erfolgte nur via WhatsApp bzgl. wo liegt der Schlüssel und wo wir parken sollen) - schöne Gegend zum Fahrradfahren und Wandern - genügend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden (auch wenn einiges schon stumpf oder defekt ist) - Putzutensilien sind vorhanden sodass man auch bei längerem Aufenthalt mal durchkehren kann - Wlan funktioniert super - überdachter Stellplatz für das Auto - Wäscheständer vorhanden Negativ: - Laute Nachbarn (dünne Wände - Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus) - Bad der Unterkunft riecht stark nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch - fehlendes Fliegengitter so dass man abends nicht ordentliche lüften kann, da Mücken etc sofort reinfliegen - keine genauen Angaben zur Plastikmüll-entsorgung (haben diesen immer unterwegs an öffentlichen Müllstationen entsorgt) - fehlende Handwaschseife/Toilettenpapier - Balkon etwas schmutzig durch Wetter und Witterung Anmerkung: Wir fanden unsere 9 Nächte in der Unterkunft ganz i.O. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist super. Wir hätten uns gern noch solche Sachen wie ein zweites Wischtuch gewünscht oder einen zweiten Teppich für die Dusche (bei 10 Tagen schon der Hygiene wegen wünschens wert) aber dies sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Tolle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und gut gepflegt und sauber! Ein besonderes Highlight finde ich den großen Balkon und auch die Lage - man ist in wenigen Gehminutem am kostenlosen (!!!!) Strandbad. Den Bäcker um die Ecke kann ich auch empfehlen,die Brötchen waren sehr lecker. Da ich meinen Aufenthalt leider frühzeitig abbrechen musste, hoffe ich wiederkommen zu dürfen :-).Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war reibungslos und auch sehr nett. Danke!

Mehr als durchwachsen. Nicht neu und schon gar nicht modern. Kaputtes Inventar, wie Sonnenrollo, fehlende Kühlschrankverblendung, Wassereimer als Aballbehälter! Danke!!!

Alles perfekt :-)
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Der Balkon wunderbar groß. Leider gibt es keine Bilder von ihm. Schlüsselübergabe war ganz unkompliziert und die Vermieter auch total freundlich. Die Wohnung würde ich weiter empfehlen. Was die Tauben auf der anderen Seite angeht, die stören absolut NICHT.

Schöne und ruhige Lage, Wohnung ist sauber, gute Ausstattung , Möbel Ok (Tv zu klein für so große Zimmer und keine Smart TV!!!!!! ), Ganz nette Vermieter/Vermieterin ,allgemein wir zufrieden waren. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter !!!!👌👍❤️

Wir waren zufrieden
Die Wohnung wird durch Tauben beeinträchtigt. Im Haus gegenüber werden ca. 70 Tauben gehalten. Es ist nicht angenehm, wenn man den Balkon nutzen möchte. Aber der Vermieter hat dazu keinen Einfluss.
