Scenic Mountain condo 3/2 fully equipped w/ pool and hot tub (NO PETS)

We all need an Altitude Adjustment every once in a while. Enjoy our wonderful mountain getaway on Beech Mountain - 1/2 mile from Beech Mountain Ski Resort! 4.5 miles from the Land Of Oz. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Enjoy the on-site amenities. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the mountain via this clean and sunny condo with scenic views. Head out and wander through the nearby trails, local antique shops and eateries.


**Weather is beyond our control. This is a mountain condo and will have the chance of experiencing blizzards, snow storms, ice and wild animals. Please be mindful when booking that frozen pipes, no power, etc. are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds** Please ask any questions prior to booking as this is easier to sort out then after VRBO charges your card.

- - No pets allowed
- - No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors on the deck). A additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed if evidence of smoking or pets are found.
- - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- - NOTE: 4-wheel drive or snow chains are necessary during winter months.
- - NOTE: Stairs are involved in property.

-- Please help by taking out the trash to dumpster, put dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it, turn the thermostats down to 55, and lock up when leaving.

Decent cozy condo

These are a small cluster of condos with decent club house with swimming pool. The sugar mountain resort is nearby where you can take ski lifts and attend other events. The house doesn’t have too much room to move around especially for kids. Has all kitchen amenities. Cleanliness can be improved but isn’t terrible.

Perfect Little Condo in a Great Location!

Our family had a wonderful stay during our ski trip weekend. It was the perfect location between the little town and Beech mountain. We were close enough to walk to Beech, and actually did when the ski resort parking was full. As for the condo itself, it was just as pictured. Recently renovated, cutely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed while there. The kids loved having their own room with bunk beds, and were strangely most excited to have their individual heat setting. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and never overcrowded. We never had more than two families making use of the rec room at a time. Lastly, the owners of this particular condo were so quick to respond with any questions/needs we had. They were very kind to help in any way, even with non rental related inquiries. I appreciated their promptness, professionalism, and kindness. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Beech mt stay!

Nice, cozy spot close to the slopes. Only a couple minutes down the road to beech mt. Good for a group of friends/family that just wants to ski!

Loved ability to fo to the pool put it over the top in comparisons. Hot tub was nice too. Close to mountain about 6 min. Unit as pictured. Bed was comfortable. If it is cold you should probably have 4wd.

Awesome Condo

The Condo was super nice, clean, comfortable, had great amenities, TV’s in each room, and just overall a great place to stay. Very close to Beech Mountain Ski Resort too. The owner was a nice guy and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
