Leuk huisje

Ligt wat afgelegen in de bergen, zo´n 6km van het centrum. Er is wel een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. In Javea zelf zijn grote supermarkten, veel goede restaurants en een Weense bakkerij met superlekkere taart en gebak Het huisje heeft een mooie grote tuin met zwembad en douche. Het enige wat tegenviel was de muffe kille badkamer, maar algemeen is het absoluut een aanrader. Zeker voor hondeneigenaren. Super vriendelijke eigenaren.

Une jolie maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison situé vers le cap de la Nao et proche de plusieurs restaurants. Violeta est très agréable et nous a très bien reçu. L'extérieur est très agréable avec beaucoup de verdure et une piscine bien exposée. La maison est fonctionnelle, moderne avec de grands placards dans les chambres. Nous avons appréciés avoir la climatisation dans les chambres. Une chambre située à l'étage fait office de studio à part. Il y a tous les équipements pour le confort du séjour. Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis techniques pendant notre séjour mais Violeta et son mari ont su être très réactifs et ont fait tout leur possibles pour les solutionner très rapidement. Nous avons passé un très bon moment! Merci!

Sommer Sonne Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber sehr sauber. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Der Pool hat uns supergut gefallen. Die Restaurants in der Nähe waren alle klasse. Immer gerne wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich . Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreih Das Haus war sehr sauber- Ein Highlight ist das Apartement mit separatem Eingang.

Goede ligging en alles gelijkvloers

Heerlijk zwembad en dicht bij het terras. Wij hebben heerlijk genoten. Wij komen ieder jaar naar Javea met de auto en voor ons zijn de afstanden geen enkel probleem. De eigenaresse en haar partner zijn super vriendelijk en als je ze appt, dan reageren zij direct!

Zuhause in Spanien

Ein kuscheliges Haus an warmen Tagen. Absolut geeignet für ungestörte Auszeiten. Zwei unterschiedliche Wohneinheiten, die auch Teenagern die Möglichkeit geben sich zu separieren oder wenn man als 2 - 3 Pärchen reist. Kleiner, feiner eigener Pool. Eingewachsener Garten mit Palme und Strelizien ... schön grün. Terrasse mit Grill- und mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles schön im Blick. Rundum schön, man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Im Haus eine praktische Küche in der wir nichts vermisst haben. Der Essplatz ist gleich daneben und man geht weiter in das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit Ausblick auf den Pool, die Terrasse und den Garten. Von dort gehen dann zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad ab. Die zweite autarke Wohneinheit erreicht man über eine Außentreppe. Das Mobiliar im Bad sollte als nächstes in Angriff genommen werden. Die Gastgeber sind gerade dabei nach und nach alles auszutauschen was in die Jahre gekommen ist, wir wünschen dabei viel Erfolg. Wir würden zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit definitiv wiederkommen. Wir hatten leider ein bisschen Pech mit dem Wetter, konnten aber mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Kalte Tage sind dennoch kein Luxus, 😀 aber auch eher untypisch für diese Region.

Gastvrije vakantievilla.

Vakantieverblijf was netjes met mooi ingerichte tuin met zwembad. Omgeving is prachtig. Verhuurders erg aardig, behulpzaam en goed te contacteren. Heel jammer dat we ontzettend slecht weer hadden.

Schönes Haus mit Garten

Freundliche Begrüßung, schnelle Hilfe. Allerdings dürften Küche und Bad eine Auffrischung erfahren. Rundum Erholung am Meer und in der Natur. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zuletzt etwas laut, da reger Auto Verkehr und Türen schlagen, die spanischen Handwerker kamen zum Restaurant an der Ecke.

Sehr ruhiges Haus, wohl bedingt durch die Corona-Epedemie. Ein Lokal in der Nähe war geschlossen.

Geräumiges Haus für zwei bis vier Personen; Interessante Baumgruppen rund ums ganze Haus. Kleiner Einblick vom Gartentor. Eine Pflege außerhalb des Grundstücks hätte sem gutgetan.

Experiencia para repetir

Hemos pasado unos dias muy tranquilos. Si quieres privacidad y desconectar, es el sitio perfecto. Muy bien ubicada. Violeta y Andreas son encantadores. Muy atentos. Es un detalle los refrescos de bienvenida. Por poner alguna pega hay muchos mosquitos en la zona. Mi pequeña y mi mascota han disfrutado mucho. Esperamos poder volver a repetir.☺️

Casa para estar en ella

La casa era genial, buena piscina, bbq y porche para desayunar, comer y cenar. La casa estaba muy limpia, y los anfitriones nos dejaron unas bebidas de bienvenida que agradecimos mucho. Lo único malo: demasiados mosquitos!

Propriété adaptée pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille

Qualités : piscine et maison agréable et spacieuse. Studio pour 2 personnes à l’étage séparé du reste de la maison (entrée indépendante). Extérieur très bien aménagé. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Bel éclairage extérieur. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Inconvénients : La propreté laisse à désirer (sièges, fil à linge, grille barbecue, couverts et vaisselle sales, économe rouillé). Une seule place de parking. Difficile d’accès sans voiture. Prévoir 35 minutes de marche pour se rendre à la crique la plus proche. Pas de volets ni de rideaux dans la chambre du haut. Prévoir de payer l’électricité à la fin du séjour. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette agréable propriété. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et interviennent rapidement au moindre problème. Le cadre fut reposant et invité à revenir. Merci à vous !😉
