Completely renovated 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath rancher with partial 2nd floor that consists of 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and a sitting room. This home boasts all the amenities any family would desire for their vacation home. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, large kitchen, Living room/family room and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers more than your typical rental home. Walk out the slider from the living room onto a beautiful deck that is partially covered with outdoor furniture including sofas, table, and chairs. The owner also provides a gas grill. Keurig and Drip coffee pot available. UPDATES FOR 2023 SEASON-New kitchen fridge, Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Air ducts cleaned, all upholstery cleaned as well as carpets. New window blinds installed. Windows inside/out washed as well as whole house decks/fence power washed.
