Updated Victorian home with great ocean views
Great Vacation spot for your large family. Enjoy this 1900s updated Victorian home with unobstructed inlet and ocean views. Centrally air-conditioned, this home offers 6 bedrooms and 3 full and one half baths. First floor offers family room, kitchen area and separate living room. Bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Owner will supply linens and there are two washers and dryers to accommodate the large family. Enjoy the unique outdoor shower and take a trip up the turret staircase to enjoy the views from the third floor deck. Cloudy days are not problem as you can take a swim in the new 13 x 27 Pool. $250.00 Pet Fee required. Only One dog allowed. 20lb weight limit for dog. Pet waiver and pool addendum MUST be signed.
