About this property

Easy living! Well maintained 1st floor condominium (Unit A-1) conveniently located near downtown Avalon s shops and restaurants. The sunny porch runs the width of the condo along Ocean Drive. The open living and dining areas allow for comfortable entertaining. The galley kitchen is very functional. A separate laundry room features a full size washer and dryer. There are a total of 3 bedrooms (the master has a private half bath) and a full tub/shower bathroom in the hallway. Just 4 short blocks to the beach, Assigned parking space is #8. Owner storage in shed at parking space. The unit is in the north building (1777 Ocean Drive) and extends the width and depth of the north building- plenty of windows!
